TOPIC: ELFRE QUILES BANNED FROM CFFL INDEFINTELY |

| New Britain Young Gunz Elfren Quiles is banned from CFFL events indefinitely.. I understand that he may be a major part of the YOUNG GUnz and may cause them not to play. But if thats the case so be it.
The personal non football related issues are making running the league "Not fun" anymore The immature/jealous acts of some are causing me more disgust than actually want to run the league.
Every team has an oppurtunity when they win to play for free for many future events, This League is not about money as only one team can "win" money
The rest of us play for the love of the sport.
No team, or players are "above" the game
Ive been asked by young gunz recently to "split" profits with them, because they are the only reason teams play. I was also told that they also need to NOT pay for the league. I dont think its fair to all the teams for them to not only take the prize and also split profits and play for free lol
These latest acts have been a turn off, No they have not come from "Chief" the owner, But if thats the culture of that team, along with the latest post by quiles i feel its in the best interests of the CFFL if Elfren is removed from the league.
If that means the Yung Gunz quit , I understand.. Good Luck

| Tht shit is crazy, Elfren got some major balls on him, does he ask for these request in the travel leagues, hell no cuz they will laugh at him, this comming from a guy who led the league in drop passes, missed flags and just the biggest cry baby in any football league history, his game is good but his attitude sucks ass, well i guess the Chip is up for grabs now boys, all them wins and money they have and hes asking for free bees,dnt sound like a champ to me, Elfren u need to GROW UP and handle ur shit on the field and play ball cuz u real suspect

| I was just contacted to make this clear by key individuals
PLease be advised that quiles ban from the CFFL are of his own acts and should not be considered as the thoughts/acts of the NEW BRITAIN YOUNG GUNZ.
There are many acts behind the scenes that are not football related that led to my decision. Where i feel the safety of myslef, my family etc etc could at one point could be at risk with the obsession of some individuals and the extreme lengths they go to be in contact with me outside of falg football and obsession with theings that are not flag football related.
I feel if its in the best interests for myself and CFFL if Quiles is no longer a participant.

| 1st, understand this. We made noooo comments on this site all season long we stayed quiet and just came to play football.we won, grabbed our prizes and walked off w/o the rah rah bs. Its understandable to have personal issues,HOWEVER, there have been few men removed from all events and if im not mistaken, they all were for "serious" actsof violence. Cash your name/character has been defamed/bashed by many since whenhave that gotten to you, since when have those ppl prevented you from anything? Your league, your rules. You cant beat em, kick em out?? REALLY THO...

| You are absolutely correct, ive never banned anyone from defamimg my charchter. So if history repeats itself, and we use this logic youve currenlty given me, wouldnt you assume that this is bigger than someone saying "Kash you make too much money"?
If anyone thinks this is away of stopping a great rec team in the new britain young gunz from winning, I will no longer entertain such foolishness
When the 1st man tells me on this board with his name he is comfortable with another man stalking him through email and phone calls, counting his "paycheck" then ill reconsider
Chief would you let a man enter your show who:
1. Enters the show stands up and tells everyone the tickets are too much?
2. Looks up your tax info, family history comes to your show stands up and shows everyone your "family history" to stop them from coming
3. Stalks you through email to let you know his # 1 goal is to make sure "Life had training wheels" does not continue?
4. Tells you what amount of money from "I wish life had training wheels" should go back to the ticket purchasers/organizers
5.Calls the location of "I wish life had training wheels" gives them bogus stories so the "show" cant continue?
Beyond the stalking parts (Which is the Main and Only Reason).... would you Micheal Peterson let a person buy a ticket/attend your show "I wish life had training wheels" who:
Person A. Fought, hit or made fun of you in the past
Or
Person B. Stood up at your shows, and told your customers your the tickets are too high priced, you make too much money, there should be free food for the audience, more prize giveaways etc etc
Im pretty sure you would sell a ticket to person A. and not only kick person B out, you would not allow them back to a show. Correct me if im wrong
Beyond the stalkers I have.. The individual Elfren Quiles is a cancer for what i am trying to accomplish, and the type of problem he s presenting, im at a point in life that im too mature to deal with.
I can take a punch, or a name call, but i will not deal with people who are authentically miserable and immature who have no logic in their beliefs. Im getting too old pal lol
Ive accepted the fact that a great team may no longer play with my decision. Which may lose income, it may not. But that further proves that i do not care about "money" when it comes to piece of mind. Ive have told the entire oilers team (a staple team in this league) that they were also banned, in which which i may add was not a "Physical Problem" but was bigger than "Physical Problem" No oilers ever touched anyone and the entire team was "banned". | Its one thing to get booed becasue of a weak performance/event, But clearly i supply a magnificent event/performance.
The complaints have nothing to do with the events quality whatsoever.
Which leads to the #1 question in the world......
WHY???
