| Morning All,
It's a great feeling to know the season is officially here and as begun. Its always a pleasure to see old team rivals and new teams like lady cutterz (I think) and Ballers United. Ballers United has some recognizable faces from the spring season but I can't not recall what team they came from but their defense is strong. The offense not so much which to make them an easy team to beat! Lady Cutterz I wasn't able to watch most of the game due to the torrential downpour! Anyways, welcome ladies and Good luck!

| You must play offense for Ballers United judging by your response? Lol. But thank you for the update on who the team merged with because I knew some of those players looked familiar. And hopefully, the offense can get it together!

| I believe the chargers are also a new team. Merged with gunnaz and scorpions.

| I very much enjoyed the first day, even with the rain. Luck to the new/merged teams. Also ladies, please remember that this is a family environment. Try your best from cursing on/off the field and respect the referees that we have.

| Sorry but one of the biggest gripes about this league is the referees. The same way they need to be respected, ask them to be respectful to us as players by being fair n cutting out their bullshit

| Some of the refs need improving but as a whole this is the best group of refs i've seen in the women's game since I've been around. Sad part is one questionable call can ruin the day as far as perception for the refs. All in all the refs are getting better and hopefully everyone will understand that the NFL refs make mistakes even with instant replay. Let's focus on playing and trying to stay as positive as possible. Have a good holiday weekend and see everyone soon.

| LOL! Coming from a coach whose staff and players seem to have very good personal "special" relationships with previous Refs. I would not go so far as to say the Refs are on Coach Tims payroll but def not surprised with his comment. Id have the refs back, too if they were family, friends, etc., Hey, maybe I'm wrong but it looks like there is def a connection and the appearance is not reassuring to other teams. Anyone know if the Refs are the same this season? Either way, we play on and hope for the best!

| Some refs have been around for years and have played and coached different styles (men and coed) as well as tournaments. They are familiar faces to most who have played in the area for 2+ years. Most veteran teams will know the refs.

| "Player" very interesting perspective on your behalf lol. Yes I (and most veteran teams/coaches) know the refs out there. I respect the refs and understand the challenges they face as a fellow ref. That being said we've had plenty of calls/no calls go against us, but keep it moving (99% of the time lol). Everywhere we go we seem to get positive feedback from refs as it relates to our demeanor on the sidelines and being respectful. Lastly I see so many teams in ALL leagues arguing every play about what the refs call and don't call....doing so only takes the focus away from what you're trying to accomplish as a team and becomes counter productive. Thanks for the feedback "player". Have a great one

| No problemo! Im still going to ball my heart out just hoping for more from our refs this season. All teams deserve neutrality as teams prepare to be the best we can be. It's one thing to be familar with refs it is another to be so close as to have conflict of interest. That is not to take anything away from how strong a team is, simply that the refs play their positions, respectfully!
