Before it seemed in the past test You needed to make sure You had enough teams to start a league... But with the network and the internet its not as hard as getting consistent and level headed refs... I truly feel that being a commissioner or a ref are by themselves a full time job... You can't do both!!not because of it just being overwhelming... No...it causes a bit if a power trip and that person is very very unapproachable~ Just venting about a popular topic...
