| Ummmmmm its sad that we pay this money to play and for use of the field and it doesn't include the lights???get it together! Its bad enough we are out there so long cause the refs can't keep the games on ti and then there's no lights???? Not cool!

| If they would open the gates on time that would help. Since the refs know that are going to be late opening the gate they sometimes dont come on time. With that happening games run behind.

| Its not about complaining it really more about, why arent the gates open on time so that we can start games on time so that it wont throw the other games behind and hour. I respect what you have to say, however its an ongoing thing. If the gates were open on time this sunday LAM and PM would not have to finish there game in another week. Its not fair. But whatever people have their opinions.

| The game was unable to be finish because the time was set back. Dc rec. is not giving the keys to anyone, so the league will have to wait on them.

| @ outside looking in, ummmm I think this is a valid thing to complain about! we love playing football but we also have lives outside of football! This is a womens league, there's a lot of parents out there and on Sundays, they have to cook dinner and get the kid or kids ready for school on Monday! We shouldn't have to worry or rush because GATES can't be opened on time and the games are an HOUR behind! Now if your "on the outside looking in" then u most likely don't play, so there fore ur opinion is not needed because ur not even effected by it!

| I dont respond much, but i respect what is being said.
Not here to argue, but the gates not being open when they suppose to does create a major set bk. Also think about this too. If the means finals are gonna be played at Deanwood are the lights gonna be avaliable to play under bc the women have 2 rounds left to play. We arent complaining just stating simple facts. The mens league do not have to wait on gates to be open and rushed along. Just my spill

| Just something to think about folks, all issues that are brought up are talked about and management works on this things to provide the best league and service available. Now with that being said, we also must realize that this is an adult board and people need to talk to whoever with some class and respect as far as issues goes. i'm not gonna sit here and say who's at fault about this and that, but I will say that WE all need to make OUR league better than anywhere else. Not to throw race into the situation but, we as a race need to stop trying to hold each other down and come together to make this thing work. Now on the other hand, management needs to work quickly to address the needs of the league and keep on top of their business. So at the end of the day The Ely Flag Football League will still be the best in the land and the HOUSE OF CHAMPIONS.

| Each season will bring about its own challenges. Make sure to share your concerns with your team lead as well so it can be addressed during pre season meetings. Messages on here of genuine concern seem to get off track within 2-3 replies. Since George does not physically have keys to Deanwood he can only trust that they will be opened on time. He has the same expectations for gate opening and game times. The other option is a non turf field that is subject to rain, dips, high grass, etc. Access to a nice gated field will have some limitations.

| I agree ^^^. He can always switch us to a regular raggedy field, that does not have a gate if that's what you all would like? So think about if it's more important to play on a decent field or have the games start a little late? Everything is not going to be perfect, you all have to learn to choose your battles a little better!

| I agree however its no need to slander the league name by calling it crap. We are the biggest flag women's league you gonna ever find. Lets just bring concerns to the meetings and go from there. What I have said on this board has been brought up to George in person. Come on yall lets hold it together.
