| Sorry for the delay folks but it has come down to this: The Badd Girls will not participate in this weekends Semi-Final (Tournament in Florida), thus Most Wanted will advance to the Championship to play the winner of the Lady Cougars vs Lady Playmakers/Lady Allmet Winner. So much could be said about this and that but the show must go on. We as a league will try our best to improve on the various mistakes that have occured over the past few seasons and keep it moving. Hopefully none of our fans/players/coaches have ill feelings about what has taken place, as we strive for perfection in the near future. Best of luck to the Men and Ladies Teams in this weekends Championship Games!

| I am a male and a HUGE fan of the nfl and the schools that produce these male student-athletes. So I get enough male football at the highest levels. But I never knew females could play football like this.
I have found this league's web site by asking on game day so now I can follow this league like I do the nfl's nfl.com, etc.. So thanks for the web site, its updates, forgive me if I too follow the women play, but I love SERIOUS football.

| hope leadership is genuine in the desire and intent to learn from the mistakes. leave no room for teams to wonder who benefits from the "mistakes". yeah, keep it moving the right way! enuf wit the bs, George & Tim! No one team should "coincidentally" have a free pass into the championship. I still believe there are worthy opponents who deserved and would have loved a shot! Thanks for the official response,tho.

What George did was as fair of a decision he could make given the circumstances. Stop being a Hater and basking in your own misery. If your team lost see ya next season!

| If things werent so suspect, then no one would be complaining. Why when people question suspect things, are they called haters? Do the words "negative contracts", "conflict of interest", mean anything to you? Enuf of the practices that undermine the integrity of our leauge! I look forward to improvement. So, we can keep it moving in the right-eous way!

| My friend what would you like for me to do or say other than what I already stated. "I" alone have taken the blame for any/all mishaps regarding the DC ELY Ladies Division. I assure you that things will and can only get better. I don't have a problem with you being so critical of me but our league would love to put some of that time and effort that you have to use. It's okay to call/text me with your visions and ideas so we could try to put them to use if possible. Put a smile on your face and come enjoy the Championship games this weekend because they will be outstanding. Have a nice day and enjoy your weekend if you don't make it to the games!

| George keep doing what you are doing! You are doing your best and providing a phenomenal venue for the ladies to flaunt their talents. You can please most but not all. Continue to focus on the majority. It's been a great season and MOST of us look forward to championship Sunday and future seasons with ely. | Whoever you are causing all the drama on this post, you must be one of the bitter players of a losing team. GET OVER IT! All the teams that advanced did so because they won in the playoffs! No team is getting an easy pass, and since you're such a conspiracy theorist, what gain would George have in this?????? His team lost! They are not in the semi-finals, so what you're insinuating makes no sense! Think about things before you type them and make yourself look stupid! Go find something else to complain about! Keep up the good work George, some people are just assholes, looking to cause trouble. Don't let them.

| Agreed! Those who are complaining and feel a free pass was given stop blaming George and the league. They have nothing to do with teams failing to beat the BG and making it to the semi-final round, nor BG being able to field a team. MW was in no way given a free bid to the championship...they won,and their semi-final opponent is forfeiting. Why is this so hard to understand that if you lose you don't advance and all you can do now is spectate. Stop complaining.

| Thanks CCLAN28 for your response and question as to what more I wanted. I'd like to know what your decision-making process entailed, when you were made aware of BG not playing and how it was fair to other teams? I'd also like to know if ever faced with similar circumstances, what would be done to address? Hoping not the same results. Would you handle it differently? And just an FYI, I love this leauge and only want for it to be the best it can be! For those of you who have doubt, try not to confuse constructive criticism with hating, especially if you are really about making the league stronger and better!

| If a team pay their money, and the schedule is set... George or no one else should have the power to tell that team when they can and can't forfeit... You cannot control what other team do worry about your own loser ass team and them maybe you would still be playing instead of complaining... If the shoe fit hater wear it... | I agree with the person who is expressing their opinion in regard to the "unfairness" 1. Let's be clear, this is the "message board", which mean freedom to express however you feel. The writer never wrote anything negative, he/she basically stated what their concern was. 2. George does not always answer the phone / return calls / nor reply to emails. 3. George knew about the BG NOT being able to play prior to last week, but he let them play anyway, which was not fair to the teams they played. The moment he found out that the BG were not going to be available, thats when the adjustments should have been made. He could have easily just moved up a team on the East which means that since the BG were 3rd place, then the 4th place team would have went to 3rd ... etc. Yes, every team pays their money however I have never been on message board and their is an issue about money but its ALWAYS an issue about fairness and integrity. What's the point of having rules in place, when its time to use the rules, something it's altered. ie, "If you get ejected from a game for fighting, there is 2 game suspension & $250 fine". George team member fought, was ejected and continued to play, not to mention, who does he give his $250 to? It way to much "conflict of intrest". When something goes wrong it's always, George, George, George. But, it never cease to amaze me that if MW is involved it normally works in their favor. Not saying that MW would or would not have made it to the champ but defintley shows signs of a conflict of intrest. When George & Tim are the commissioners. George can still be the commissioner but I think each team should have a rep. and when decisions have to be made, then you have those pool of reps for voting purposes. The main issues that comes up each season is fairness & integrity and refs, roster & rules. It is what is. But where is the accountability???

| Fan, you talk about fairness and integrity, well where is the fairness and integrity of not letting Badd Girls compete until their season ends? Their conflict was for November 11th, not November 4th. Everyone talks about any given Sunday, well the same went for November 4th when they could have lost, but they didn't so they took #4 spot to compete in semi. I'm sure majority of folks agree that was FAIR and showed INTEGRITY.
If the Commissioners had decided to remove Badd Girls from the playoff rotation, then they would have to deal with the flack of the other teams including the #7 seed that could have competed. Regardless the teams that wanted to play showed it Sunday after Sunday so it shouldn't be any misunderstandings, conspiracy ideas, lack of fairness or integrity. It's football folks, lets play and if you want to see someone other than Cougars, Most Wanted, All Met or Badd Girls in the final four, then bring your A game in the Spring.
