| I do have a question about the aforementioned "poaching." Does it matter when you don't really want the guy anymore? I know that team changes have occurred in the past and nothing has been said. Is this only a problem because you would really like to keep the guy? Has this ever been addressed by the league officials before? Are there any rules/bylaws governing this activity?
On a side note I hope everyone is having a great offseason and has a Merry Christmas! Looking forward to a great 2013 FOY Season! Go Curleys!!
