| ASA Coed (4 girl minimum) tournament, double elimination. $150 a team with a 6 team max. Unlimited homeruns for girls, 3 homerun limit with the option to buy 5 more for $10. ASA bats and 44/375 optic yellow (supply your own). 1st place trophy will be awarded.

Concessions provided by Hoggy Southern Style BBQ.
All Proceeds will be donated to the Class of 2013

| as of a couple weeks ago there were still no outfield or foulball fences on the larger field @ Dongola.
are they supposed to be erected or are we going to play fenceless?

| There are some fund raisers in the works this summer for a new fence. That is a lot of money ( estimate of $4000) to come up with.

| The Coed Tournament is now full. I spoke to several team coach's last regarding replacement players to get their input. Here is the rule:
Men's tournament players must stay in the men's tournament. Coed players must stay with Coed. Replacement players are allowed ONLY to make a 10 player roster, however these replacement players must be at the bottom of the lineup and must be approved by myself, and/or whoever I designate. Removing 1 of your players from the roster just to pick up a better player will NOT be approved. If you have a player leave or get hurt, I will approve a replacement. This is to prevent a team from picking up the best players just to play the championship. This is to benefit all teams, it is not fair to play all day with the same roster only to make it to championship and you are now playing a super group. This also helps teams out in case someone has to leave or gets hurt (considering most havent played all winter this could be the case. LOL) , so they can continue to play. We want everyone to have a good time and get their moneys worth.
This rule applys to coed as well. If you lose a girl and you are left with 9 players now, I will allow a replacement players from the coed tournament players in order to make a 10 player roster but it must be a girl. You have to have 4 girls at all times playing. If you lose a guy, you can replace them with a guy.
