| Over the next few weeks I will post by Article the proposed changes that the By-Law committee is proposing. I will post the old by-law, the proposed change, and the reasoning behind that change. I know that this is a very time consuming thing and I think that it is very important to keeping the organization within the league. The hope is that this by-law document can be a reference for every team and player in the league to answer any question someone might have in a timely manner and in a clear manner. Once any of the proposed changes are accepted, the next step will be to re-organize the document some to hopefully make it flow better. This is a good forum to comment or make suggestions on anything. Any of the issues that come about will be discussed then or proposed during the distribution meeting. I think that it would be great if each team rep would give an ok or a rejection on all of the articles so that we can have an idea of what needs to be changed.
