By-Law Committee's Suggested Changes:

Reasons for changes:
We thought it was best to put any new business after the election of new officers in case the new officers elected had a different view on the new business. Didn't seem to make sense that the old officers would be determining new business one minute, and in the next minute may no longer be an officer.
SECTION 2 RULES
A. Robert’s Rules of Order shall govern all business meetings.
