| ARTICLE 6
SECTION 1 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
A. Team managers shall comprise the Board of Directors and, as such, shall be entitled to one vote per team. In the
event that a manager is unable to attend a meeting, he shall send a proxy who then will become the legal
representative.
B. The Board of Directors shall have the power to elect the general officers and the members of the Executive
Committee.
C. The Board of Directors shall have the power to enact the laws and By-Laws, rules and regulations for the
governing of the league.
D. Only directors of a team holding an active franchise shall be entitled to vote.
By-Law Committee didn't see anything in this Article to be changed.
