Balls have arrived, we will figure out a way to get them to you.

There are a few park rules that we did not go over that need to be followed in order to use the fields.

The basic one for all fields is pick up all the trash before you leave, including the bench area where your fans will be watching the games. If they cannot keep the area neat and throw away the trash, then you are responsible to clean up after them.

VET PARK:

*The township takes care of this field for us. They are responsible for putting in the bases. They also make the call as to whether or not the field is playable.
*No alcohol and cigarettes are permitted at this field
*Bathroom are located beside the parking lot

* * * * * * * * * * *

RUTHERFORD PARK:

*For the most part, I will be putting in and removing the bases. They would like us to also rake the home plate and pitcher's mound and fill in any holes around these areas after the games.
*There is a port-a-potty at the field

* * * * * * * * * *

SUNSET PARK:

*The bases and rakes are in the shed that is beyond RF. Our league storage area is the side of the shed. The combination to open this is 29-39-13 (please remember this, I do not want to be receiving calls Sunday morning asking what the combo is). If you guys want to line the field, the liner is also in the shed.
*We are responsible for putting the bases in. The bases are to be put in at the anchors/plugs that are the furthest back.
*At the end of the game, home plate area and the pitchers mound must be raked and the bases must be put away. The last 2 teams that play at this field are responsible for doing this. It only takes a couple of minutes to do. Lock up the shed after bases and rakes are put away.
*Alcohol is allowed at Sunset Park, but please keep it clean.
*The bathrooms are the far pavilion at the end of the parking lot. The bathroom is located in the back.

* * * * * * * * * *

OAK HILLS PARK:

*Bases and rakes are also located in the shed attached to the dugout along the 3B side. We are responsible for putting the bases in. Unless they changed it, the anchors/plugs are at 60 feet and 75 feet. Our league uses the furthest one, 75 feet.
*We are also responsible for raking the pitcher's mound and home plate area and filling in all the holes after the games and returning the bases and rakes to the shed when completed.
*Port-a-potty's are at the field

* * * * * * * * * *

CLOWN PARK:

*I will try to put in the bases and pick them up at often as possible.
*I will also be unlocking and locking the bathrooms.
*You guys are responsible for keeping the bathrooms clean. This is a huge problem at this park. Coaches, please make sure that you check the bathrooms at the completion of your games, whether you play at 12 or 2. If there is a problem, please notify me immediately. I know that there are kids and other people that use the bathrooms, but we are still responsible for it. (It may be disgusting, but if somebody did not flush, flush it for them, so it does not clog and overflow) Last year, I was forced to clean the bathrooms and I am not doing it this year. If this is an issue, then the bathrooms will remain locked.

This is everybody's first warning. If I get reports from the township about any issues that are valid, then the last 2 teams at the field may be punished pending an investigation. The league officials will decide what that punishment is, but it could include fines/reductions from your end of the year refund. (We will be using that money to pay for the gas that I will have to use to travel to the fields to clean up after you guys.) Or it could be forfeitures of your games at those fields. So let's not make that a problem.

Also a reminder that the raffle ticket fundraiser is due on April 21st. I'll let you know where you can drop it off to me at.
