SECTION 1 DISTRIBUTION OF LEAGUE RULES
A. A manager or team delegate from each team must see to it that all his team personnel are familiar with the league rules as outlined herein. By the same token, all umpires must acquaint themselves with the rules and regulations pertaining to their part of the league.

By the same token, all umpires must acquaint themselves with the rules and regulations pertaining to their part of the league. (consideration of possibly distributing multiple copies of by-law rule book to each team – similar to LOL)
Reasons:
Each team in the LOL gets a small booklet with the by-laws for their players. It would be a minimal cost but would have all the information in there that may be inquired about. Would probably be looking at less than $50 to equip the whole league with them.

| Agree. We think that booklets are a wise idea, they don't need every by-law that has to do with finances and that jargon, but the playing rules and playoffs should be something every player is aware of.
