| Hope all you bums took care of the women in your lives yesterday after this football stuff got done. Also nice job to the guys who sported some pink yesterday.
On to the games:
Wolves/Patriots -
I said this one the game that the Wolves had a chance to snag that W that has avoided them all season so far. They tried to grab it but in the end the Pats had just a little to much. Im not sure if it was good solid QB play or just bad Secondary play? But benefit of the doubt here goes to Good QB play. AJ turned in another strong performance (188 yards passing 3 TD's) also added 55 yards on the ground. Corey Cockfield chipped in (83 yards receiving an a TD). The best news of the day for the wolves was taking Logan out of the QB spot. It looked to benefit them Pabon (224 yards passing 2 TD's) had himself a day to brag about as well as Logan (122 yards receiving 2 TD's).
Wolves/Second String -
As I said in the previews this game was going to be a tough one for the Wolves to win. Second String is playing very well and usually doesnt lose games they are supposed to win. BUT i believe the solid play the Wolves had in their first game carried over to this one. they played tough and kept it close. SS behind yet again a very good QB performance B. Gelsomino (225 yds passing 4 TD's). And seemed to really spread the ball around (5 Wr's with 2+ catches and 3 WR's with TD's). Wolves have def. found a QB in Pabon (179 yds passing 2 TD's) and Logan (89 yds receiving TD) as a legit WR threat. If Pabon was around all year you might a W or 2 already.
Bears/Dolphins -
Ok so i picked the winner of this one right but was not even close on the score. B-E-A-R-S bears, bears, bears (yeah only sounds good with the jets) BUT DA BEARS are in the house and on a roll. ESPN is about to give you some numbers/stats:
21 - Points scored by Da Bears first 3 games 75 - Pts scored by the Da Bears their last 3 games. That is the most in the league of any team in their last 3 games. 12.8 - avg pts Da Bears def is giving up this season 509 - Passing yards for Ish (last 3 Games) 10:4 - TD:TO ratio for Ish this season
this is why they are 4-2 and looking right in the eyes of the playoffs. Not bad for a first year team and QB. Dolphins you have taken a detour from where you were going a few weeks ago. I firmly believe the forfeit W against the Bulldogs has cursed you. Since that game you have gone 0-2 and not looking good. You got Man handled in this one. Losing your QB isnt easy to get over but your team is better than this.
GAMES OF THE WEEK:
Bulldogs/Assassins -
Well the Bulldogs punched me in the lower region for picking against them this week. This game was fun to watch. lots of very good Football played all round. some big hits (Rell, and yes Troy at the end of the game on that DB). Great plays, the best play call i have seen all season. 4th and goal from about the 30-35 for the Assassins execute a PERFECT middle screen to Amos for a TD. 4th and goal for the Bulldogs on about the 5-8 yd line a perfect ball ball from Cervizzi to Bartunek to toe touch to stay in bounds and tie the game. Unlike my imposter "player/flag football insider" The Assassins had the game if they would have run the ball more. Wait...hold on... ok after all the adding up of the rushing yards the Assassins had it came out to 0...yup 0 so im wondering what they were doing that made you think that they should have ran more? the Bulldogs started out sluggish and then settled down. the Assassins came out hot but cooled off. The big reason the Bulldogs won her was LACK of pressure on Cervizzi the Bulldogs Oline was the MVP of this one. Troy and company had some opportunities but couldnt capitalize. Biggest disappointment of this one was the absence of Marlon? the match up most wanted to see never happened. Troy (189 yds passing 2 TD's) and Camacho (70 yds receiving 1 TD) paced the Assassins. Blanton added 2 Ints for the Defense. Cervizzi (199 yds passing 3 TD's) and Bartunek (66 yds receiving 2 TD's) got in done for the Bulldogs.
Steelers/Vikings -
Just another late game drive and score for Rocket (Elway or Montana) whatever. Its just seems to be happening every week. If he isnt the MVP of this league then i have no idea whats right and what's wrong anymore. I also know his Oline did not help him much in this one. They surrendered 6 sacks. Rocket now knows what Vick must feel like. Rocket (171 yds passing 2 TD's) was under pressure all game and he couldnt even dance out of trouble at times. It was nice to see Dazohn "Dblock" Wilson (69 yds receiving and a TD) get involved. I really think he has been under utilized so far this season. The Steelers Defense was tough on the Aubrey and the Vikings offense not giving them much room to work. Aubrey (99 yds passing 1 TD and 51 yds rushing) tried to get things going but the steelers LB's and DB's were swarming like bees Shields (5 flags) Izzy (3 flags) Marcos (1 flag 1 INT). Aubrey and the Vikings are quickly falling int he standings. Dropping 3 of the last 4. and not looking good on the field at all. Things seem out of cink and they need to right the ship ASAP or they might be watching the playoffs.
Winners: ROCKET BEARS (ESP ISH) PATRIOTS
LOSERS: VIKINGS DOLPHINS

| Weaknesses:
Assassins: OL
Bears: not much right now not kidding might be the most allrounded team right now
DB - have to see them stop the top teams passing attack. lost to the Vikings and Second String
Bulldogs: consistent turnout of players week in week out RB - 0 running game
Doplhins: QB - situation right now DL - 6 sacks all season
Ducks: OL QB DB
Havoc: Getting Players and everything else at this point
Hawks: QB play really offense in general
Hit Squad: QB play Offensive strategy
Patriots: Defense - which is improving more consistent QB play
Second String: DB Running game
Steelers: OL to dependent on Rocket
Vikings: More consistent play from Aubrey OL
Wolves: QB but seemed to maybe have fixed that alot on both sides of the ball but saw some good things last week they are improving

| I have to be honest right now there is no well rounded team I do like the direction the Bears are headed in but well rounded not at all. Their secondary is their weakness but Ish is doing a outstanding job at QB anxious to see how his second season will go and yes Bears O-Line is way better than Steelers O-Line even though both QB's do a lot of scrambling Bears O-Line protect Ish way more than Steelers O-Line protect Rocket.
As far as Havoc I think the issue here is teams just figured them out. Same ole song on offense with this team and other teams just figured them out time for new offense plays.
Ducks just have a identity crisis. Honestly Spartans was Kash greatest creation and he's having a hard time duplicating that creation.
Assassins sometimes in my opinion just need to slow the game down on offense and O-Line is a problem. I like Troy but he needs to stay in the pocket more often and trust his receivers
Dolphins I agree with ESPN
Hawks another team with a identity crisis on offense can't point out 1 player in general it's the whole offense
Hit Squad has to spread the ball more big receivers and that should be taken advantage of Stacy Asberry should be in more often
Patriots young QB who's still getting use to the league once he adjust to the game could see more wins but this team is starting to step it up
Second String I agree with ESPN
Wolves have potential to be better than they are now a lot better no chemistry is the issue here late adjustment made could be an improvement
Vikings have got to control the hot heads on the team this will hurt you dramatically Second team for Aubrey I just think he hasn't found a place to call home
Bulldogs I saved for last because the consistent turnout of players is not a excuse they have beat teams with less but I do agree they should have some kind of run game

| CFFL i like what you got here
Vikings you're right on with the hot heads
Bulldogs you rright they have talent all over and have won games with less but it woudl be nice to see them have the same guys weekly.
Ducks issue isnt identity is more leadership. it seems that Kash struggles with this team and what to do with the talent. to many chiefs. always seems to be so hectic
Pats i believe AJ will become a top tier QB in this league very soon

| CFFL... Bears secondary is the weakness? I don't know what games u been watching bruh look at the stats! The dbs that don't give up touchdowns at all should get more credit than dbs who get ints due to poorly thrown balls!!! J/S

| wow now these are really on point hands down to espn and cffl. So I decided to look at sacks against teams what are ya thoughts.
BEARS - 5 DOLPHINS - 8 SECOND STRING - 11 HAVOC - 11 HITSQUAD - 12 ASSASSINS - 13 VIKINGS - 14 WOLVES - 14 DUCKS - 14 BULLDOGS - 15 STEELERS - 20 SEAHAWKS - 22 PATROITS - 23
now I see some of the best teams with most sacks against themselves . So is it the QB'S or the OLINEMEN

| Jamal Woodard there's no need to get sensitive. Your secondary being your weakness doesn't mean get hostile just get better besides I seen a few teams you played shoot themselves in the foot but overall I still think you have a good team. ESPN it's always a pleasure having these talks with you

| Jeezy you need to look at the pass offenses you have faced like i said the only 2 teams that you have faced with very good passing attacks you have lost to. Vikings and Second String. now you are getting into the meat of your sch and will face the top tier teams with the best passing attacks (steelers, bulldogs, assassins) and you will be able to prove yourselves.

| Jamal Steelers have a bad O-Line and their 7-0 so what's your point? To be honest with you could easily be 2-4 but I don't want to take nothing away from your teams effort you guys are playing good just keep playing and prove us wrong

| @ESPN The vikings game was just an complete breakdown in the 2nd half so I'm not going to argue that but we only gave up 14pts to SS and shut them out in the second half of that game. @CFFL I'm not trying to be on the message board trying to prove that we have the best secondary I'm just saying that for the first few games we really stepped up when our offense was struggling to score but now our offense is good and you're right lets see what we do against the rest of our schedule.
