| I normally don't do this but the board has been dead lately.
Lets Preview this week's games with just a few weeks remaining in the regular season. The next few weeks will be important for playoff seeding.
HUH (2-5) @ AMC (6-1)
Coming off a Metro Cup championship, AMC dropped their first game of league play to the Dolphins last week. Quietly they've had some pretty good battles recently - that game was nothing more than a bump in the road for AMC however as they are still en route to a #1 seed in the WAFFL Playoffs. HUH is coming off a 1 possession loss to Gamebreakers while playing a good portion of the game with a "back up" Quarterback. Look for AMC to have a repeat performance as they did in week 1 when they held HUH to 0 points.

Dolphins (3-4) @ Deep Impact (1-4-1)
Can the Dolphins gain some momentum after their win over AMC last week and get to .500? (they lost a game earlier that morning by 1 point to Gamebreakers) This game seems like it will come down to which "weakness' will be exploited. Deep Impact has never had a problem scoring points. It seems like they've never had a problem giving up points either. Meanwhile, the Dolphins' offense has been stagnant in some games, while their defense has kept them in every game this season (except the opener vs Hostile Takeover) Deep Impacts Offense vs Dolphins Defense / Dolphins Offense vs Deep Impacts Defense: which team has the advantage? In an effort to get out of the basement of the WAFFL standings, I think Deep Impact falls short this sunday.

Players Inc (3-2) @ Hostile Takeover (4-3)
An important game towards the end of the season here. Hostile Takeovers' defense frustrated MD Menace last week - they'll need a repeat performance this week to defeat a Players Inc team that has some talent on the outside. Question is - what kind of QB play will they get this week. Quiet as kept with very little help, Players Inc still could be a #1 seed going into the playoffs. They still have a long road ahead, however.
Pick: Hostile Takeover
Gamebreakers (5-2) @ MD Menace (1-4-1)
Gamebreakers is also eyeing a #1 seed for the playoffs and it starts here with a game vs a shifty MD Menace team. Gamebreakers has a very good rush and I think that's what wins them this game. If MD Menace can get some time for their QB to make plays, this game will be closer than some expect.

Both of these teams will have played one game already on Sunday. Who will have momentum coming into this game? I predicted that both teams will lose their first games - no one wants to leave the field with two losses in one week. I believe Players Inc will take this game
