| First, I want to check up on player from Lady Dominators who got injured yesterday. Can someone please give us an update?
Next, I want to congratulate all of the teams that made it to the semi finals this weekend. After all the hard work throughout the season, making it to playoffs is an amazing accomplishment. I didnt get to see the mens games until yesterday but its good to see some of our coaches, refs and fans may know a little something about flag football...lol.
To the Dominators and Most Wanted players and coaches, we all know how the tides can change on any given Sunday. The competition in this ladies league makes me so proud as a longtime player. To be loyal to a team enough to practice and execute with poise and precison should always be commended. Thanks for making us work hard every week and every season. We know you won't make it easy on us next time we face you either.
To my Lady All Met fam - I'm proud of you ladies and coaches. I appreciate your dedication to this team and to what we do. It isnt always pretty and it for sure is never easy but playing with you ladies is ALWAYS fun. Love yall

| Congratulations Lady All Met! You guys came ready to win yesterday from the 'git go'! Job well done.
Tenielle did go to the hospital yesterday,where she received 7 stitches and she does have a concussion but she is doing well and resting. Thank you for asking, I will send her your regards.
As you stated, 'Any given Sunday'!! Continue to play hard and well ladies! To all the teams, have a fantastic summer, see you at the tourneys!! Peace and Blessings!
