| All,
Some of you may or may not know that Aj Costa's father Anthony has been diagnosed with kidney cancer. Since being diagnosed in December of 2012 he has continued to fight this disease. Being forced into retirement his medical coverage no longer covers a lot of the medications needed to fight the disease.
We have set up a site that will allow for people to donate money to help the Costa family with any medical coverage they may have to pay for out of pocket.

We are also in the planning stages of putting on the First Annual Anthony Costa Invitational golf tournament. Details to come shortly. Anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated by the Costa Family.

| Just a bump so it stays fresh in your mind. The golf tournament will be held August 31 at woodland greens. We are looking for 18 foursomes. 500 a foursome includes 18 holes of golf, and some rib sticking food from the smoker. It's a great cause for a good man. Let me know if your interested in participating.

Please make any checks out to Anthony Costa. If you are looking to make a cash donation that is fine as well. Everything is recorded and will be traceable.
Money for the tournament is due by August 15th to give us time to get the T Signs made.
If your interested in putting in a foursome please let us know ASAP so we can have an accurate count.

I wanted to bump this back up as the playoffs roll on and the year is coming to the end. Foursomes are filling up and I do not want to miss anyone who has said they would like to play. The Tourny again will be held at Woodland Greens Golf Course in NK. 1pm shotgun start on August 31st. Please let me know if you would like to put a foursome in.

| Just keeping this fresh on the radar. Many of you have expressed interest in golfing or donating. The time has come to finalize foursomes. If you have not contacted me as of yet or would like to play please reach out to me directly. 401-256-4248.
With the amount of players in the league I would like to ask each manager to pass a hat with their respective team. If each player donated 5-10 bucks it would help out greatly in raising money for the Costa family.
I know a lot of people pull and ask for donations throughout the year and it makes it hard to contribute to all, but we have an opportunity to help out one of our own.
I want to thank anyone that has reached out and donated on behalf of the Costa family it is greatly appreciated.
