| Here we go for another season!!!! Preseason predictions
1. Surf Cowboys: No longer do the Cowboys have to rely on just Hugh and Pick to score. Matt Browning in the third round????? Throw in the one-man fast break Matt Heagle, six guys who can all go for 10 boards a night and it's easy to see why the Surf Cowboys got this draft right.
2. All Day J: J Fink drafted two Beasts in Trey and Brother fink to chase down his 20 misses a game and two more long range bombers in Vince and Matt to spread the floor. It's doesn't matter if the three outside shooters miss from 40 feet because no one is getting the rebound with Trey and Fink crashing the boards.
3. No Mercy: The defending champion steve maggs turned his back on last year's team, choosing newcomer Zach Flannick over his boys David Williams and Jed. Then again, No Mercy has the fire power to defend its crown. Zack if a big boy who can score inside and out. Add a crafty scorer in Jay Barnes and glue guys like Kocher and David Hahl, and Maggs has something going this season. Don't forget the team's good luck charm, the BBL's only 3-time champion, Party Randy.
4. Chumps: Man, is Chris Hunt desperate for a title. This summer, he threw out his "balance scoring" philosophy and joined forces with shot-o-holic David Williams, the most dangerous scorer in the BBL. Hunt surrounded Williams with a bunch of selfless grinders in Greg Wintermeier and Carl. The Key to this team will be whether newcomer Frank "Banana hands" Eide is a ringer like Hunt hopes he is and if Jason Wilkes' deadly post game can mesh the Chumps.
5. Godfather: Tommy Gunns loaded up on guards with Jed and the silent assassin Chris Davis (Jed will do all the talking for the backcourt this season) and still got a big man in Brian Tolleson. A motivated Stiglitz has vowed revenge on the BBL, but is that enough to propel the Godfathers? A lot of talent, but something just isn't sitting right with me here. It reaks of a bad chemistry experiment. I await Jed's angry rebuttal.
6. KMR: If a franchise can't win a BBL title with Sean Eastwick, it will never happen. As usual, Raz drafted boyfriends who make him feel pretty instead of drafting to win the title. There is a lot of talent on this team with brooks, paul and cliff, so why was GM raz working to phones one day after the draft to make a trade? Because he has something good going and he is determined to F*** it up.
7. Air Raid. My perpetual whipping squad. Every year I say they suck and every year they overachieve. This year, however, I am even more confident in my predictions. It seems poor stock holder meetings have forced an organizational shake up at Air Raid Co. Gone is VP of long range shooting Matt Russell, floating on a golden parachute called All Day. The magnificent quick twitch monkey called Kocher was even let go. I just don't see how Brantley and an injured Chris Bruce is going to turn this program around. They didn't work well last season on KMR, right? I await Brantley's offending rebuttal.

| You have All Day much too high. The rest is pretty good except the Cowboys. They should be picked higher than 1st. Should be a cakewalk.

| AirRaid will be a surprise team. They have Players who can win if the "delusional one" keeps his attitude out of the way.

| Feeling good about Picks masterpiece he put together. This season can't start soon enough! I think KMR is a pretty solid team though. Might have missed the prediction on them.

| Can't agree with Air Raid and KMR the last 2 teams. KMR has a scorer(Paul), post scorer(Cliff), defensive/rebounder Steve, ball handler(Trigger Dan). Air Raid has 2 scorer/rebounder/defender(JP and Queen Dunn), rebounder/shooter(Dontino), Ball handler/defender(CBruce). Also, both appear to be very solid defensively. If Paul and Queen are both focused on this league only, I'm willing to bet both teams finish top 4.

| Me = Scorer/Defender/Rebounder/Shooter/Post Scorer/Ball Handler/Distributor/Hustler/Good Looking/Great Hair/Athleticism/Speed/Great Teammate/Motivator/Winner/Champion. I don't know a few guys on my team just yet, so I can't really argue Hunt's predictions just yet. Although I can do it all, I can't do it all myself.

| KMR probably does have the edge with their top 3 vs other big 3's, but they have zero help from the rest of the lineup and Raz will likely get in the way so 6this about right

| Weaknesses: surf/c - air (O2 & elevation) All day - speed, scoring Air raid- delusionl 1. Don't hide at key moments King Queen Tommy Gun - delusional 2 vs. a lock down defender. That point guard will go quiet quickly No mercy - record breaking turnovers in Bbl league history. Who is going to dribble AND pass on that team Chumps - Frank needs to be a bigger version of Jay Barnes. If NOT, that painting was just splashed and slashed Crossover - record breaking LACK of rebounds in Bbl league history. We could see Cliff go bobble-head each game in frustration.
