| 7 p.m. Air Raid vs. Chumps: Normally, this would be a waste of our time. At full strength, Air Raid is the worst team in the league and the only who can't win the championship. Then again, the Chumps will not have their first round pick Greg the Rhino Wintermeier and their third round pick, the Mysterious Frank Eide. But don't hand the game to Air Raid just yet. They will also be playing with five players, missing Mr. Double-Double Bob Dontino and Captain Schooley. An interesting side story to this game is that King Dunn has be telling everyone this summer that he is the best defender in the league - a lockdown defender as he put it. But when pressed last week, he said he wasn't going to cover the most dangerous offensive weapon in the BBL, David Williams. I guarantee you Steve Brooks would be covering David. So what is it Brantley? But i digress. Chumps are missing a first and a third rounder, Air Raid is missing a third and a great bowler in Schooley. Advantage: Air Raid.
8 p.m. No Mercy vs. All Day I was really excited about this one until I found out Trey isn't playing. Without him, New Guy Zack Flannick will run wild. The only hope for All Day in this game is that No Mercy alienates the referees - which is quite possible. I could easy see Maggs picking up a technical when they don't call his patented phantom fouls that he gets in pick up. David Hahl could easily piss of the referees, running them over 15 times in the game while chasing a rebound (by the way, the battle between him and big fink is going to be awesome). It also wouldn't surprise me if the quick twitch monkey Bob Kocher starts throwing his poop at his teammates when he realizes there are no shots for him to shoot on this team. But that is so far fetched. Advantage No Mercy.
9 p.m. Godfather vs. KMR - Jed is already complaining about the Godfather's late games. Nobody on Godfather knows their teammates names - never-the-less how they should play together this early in the season. KMR, however, has been playing pick up together for years - Paul, Cliff, Dan and Raz have been playing pickup together since the birkdale days. Godfather should be a contender down the stretch, but it's too early in the season for a victory. Then again, with his team up 25 points, Raz could still be yelling "RUN, RUN" and annoy his teammates. Nah, the KMR guys have played with Raz before. Advantage: KMR
