| Like a lot of people who read through this message board we notice that there is a lot of discontent with Carl Schwarze as the president of your league. Whenever his name is talked about on here or in circles it seems to invoke a lot of passion one side or another.
A lot of successful teams that I know and talk to point to the frustrations that they have with the current direction and the issues that never seem to get resolved year after year of them occurring. Yet with these opinions there seems to be teams that really like and support Carl. Thus why he was voted back in last year, despite a worthy candidate that went against him.
Everyone has a right to their opinions, but there really seems to be a polarization of opinions and there really doesn't seem to a clear solution.
One thing you can see when reading this forum is that there is a lot laundry aired against the job Carl does. For the teams that support Carl, what are the reasons you support Carl? What does Carl do well? What is the direction you want to see the Rock River League/Tri County Night League go? Why should the Land O' Lakes teams continue to support Carl in Tri-County?
I don't ask to start a argument, but to actually have a conversation to fully understand the opinion of the teams involved in Rock River and Tri-County.

| What Carl doesn't do is answer his phone. If you want to actually talk to him you must call him between 8-9am in the morning. To call him any other time good luck. Most people are at work during that time and aren't afforded the luxury of being able to do that. If you leave him a message, Good Luck! If he would just get back to people and respond in a timely manner I'm sure things would go much better.
What he does do good is he has a loyalty and love of the Rock River League.

| Just some of the teams. I have witnessed many times that he holds a grudge against teams, managers, umpires and fans.
His loyalty is to showing up on Sunday's to take in a game and make some money while doing it. He played in the RRL it's only natural that's where his loyalty is. He's unable to put in the time that it takes to run a good league, that's why he should be replaced. There more energetic people out there that can do the league some good. Please realize that and do the right thing.

| Craig Larson imput his topic on Aug. 22nd and not one person has replied to what they like about Carl Schwarze. Like Craig said. what is it that makes you want to vote him back in? You must have a reason. Come on Carl supporters lets hear what you have to say. I know that you must be reading this or do you just not care. Now is your time to speak up.
