| Air Raid vs. No Mercy at 7: Schooley is desperately hoping his shoulder is ready for Thursday night's showdown against No Mercy, if not, Super sub Brad Morton will be Air Raid's fifth player. Doesn't matter, Maggs restocked his team with a blockbuster trade that sent big man David Hahl and Jay Barnes to the Chumps for David Williams and Carl. Apparently, Jay was confusing Maggs with complicated basketball concepts such as passing and setting picks. That doesn't work for the No Mercy franchise. Williams - who has a high bball IQ - will dumb it down for Maggs with his ridiculous street ball game. No Mercy should be able to return to their "You shoot, then I shoot and everyone else go get our misses" basketball philosophy. Sure, No Mercy is vulnerable inside with only zach in the paint meaning double-double bob dontino should break the record for rebounds in a BBL game (19), but that isn't enough. Thanks to the controversial trade, No Mercy wins it, sending the rest of the league into a winy, inferiority complex. The bigger question after this game will be, "Does Raz now have the courage to rally supporters in his quest to overtake the commissioner? Or will he cower at the opportunity to run the league like he did two years ago when the BBL was formed?"
Surf Cowboys vs. KMR at 8: Surprisingly, KMR matches up well against the Surf Cowboys, assuming Pick doesn't play and Austin Peyton does. If that is the case, this is a close game with Brooks slowing Heagle down and Austin keeping a hand in Matt Browning's 3-point shot. Either way, Surf Cowboys wins this one because they are still angry at the BBL commissioner for conspiring against them, allowing Brad Morton to sub in for first-place Godfather last week. While Raz is distracted wondering how much everyone will love him after he becomes BBL commissioner, Hugh torches KMR as Pick stalks the sidelines with a look that says, "If you MFers' don't beat KMR, I will choke you out!"
Chumps vs. All Day at 8: The new look Chumps take this one because leading scorer J fink is out of town. The key to this game with be the battle under the boards, which will look like a gladiator movie with A Fink, Trey and David Hahl, Frank and Greg Wintermeier going at it. Another aspect is the battle of old man basketball on the perimeter, which promises to make the movie Hoosiers look like Space Jam. Can Hunt and J Barnes bring back the magic to outscore Vince zaopweyph and Matt Barnes? Neither of the four are shooting well from 3-point land this season so that will make the rebounding war underneath a blood bath. Somebody call CNN because a war is about to break out.

| With the Godfathers not playing this week, all 6 teams actually have a chance of winning. I will take this week to game plan to see if I can figure out a way to beat us.
