| 1st - If the DC Gov't does shutdown this weekend, the games can not be played on DC Rec fields thus an alternative game site is being sought after as we speak (hopefully locked down by days end tomorrow - just in case).
2nd - The continuous childish beefs that have taken place at ELY League Games played at Deanwood Rec will no longer be tolerated by ELY Administration or the DC Department of Recreation and Parks. In an effort not to simply point out any specific or isolated instance(s) that have occurred, from this point forward "NO FIGHTING" will be tolerated and/or the Field permit will be lifted thus leaving us without the usage of the Deanwood Field. The reasoning for such harsh actions is because people watched and promoted the fight instead of breaking up the ruckus before it got started and Rec staff overheard several people say "LET THEM FIGHT", in which most of the people at the initial scene stood back in agreement. Every person there that allowed and encouraged the fight this past Sunday should also be ashamed of themselves as responsible adults because it was an event that you wanted to see. We are there to compete at the highest level, then share a laugh or two with our fellow competitors - not to promote fighting and foolish behavior. Both ladies have been suspended until further notice and are not allowed on or within the Deanwood field property. Now if they can't take this temporary suspension and try to show up on the field this weekend - they will be banned from the league. The safety and well-being of "ALL" of our fans, players and Coaches are our main concern. The Coaches of the Lady Sharks and ProStyle are encouraged to make sure the players involved abide by the listed sanctions and hopefully "Grow-the-Hell-up".
3rd - The weed smoking near the field gates are a total disrespect to the league, our non-smoking players and fans, and to the many minors that come to our venue every Sunday. Do your smoking somewhere else because it's against the law anyway. We need to clean it up before we get shutdown people!

| This inccident was unfortunate but if rules were inforced in the first place then maybe things like this wouldn't have gotten to this point.I hope league reps now realize that when you let situations sly it gives others permission to act a fool.....

@ unnamed person I understand what you are saying but reps have stepped up with the rules and they stand firm about them. but us as grown women should know better that was not a football situation but they bought it to the field. dont blame reps blame the grown folks that set there and allowed it. they not only disrsepected the players that love the game but our league as well. and they jeopardize the venue I dont know how things are gonna work out but iI hope we can keep the field and keep balling. the 2 ladies do need to be eliminated from the field. and to speak up for pc she is a baller and take the game very serious and yes she talk mess but that is part of the game i dont take her serious and im a qb so i feel when your on the field it will get heated but that is a plan to get u out your game bc she has been on losing teams since ahe came to the league.i have respect for her and melissa well ive known melissa longer but ladies settle the bs ur to old for this craaziness some beef that is so so old you prolly dont even remember what it is about! and pc although we are all still women never threaten a fem women period ur beef was with melissa not her girl ladies lets grow up. but please squash that 3 year old beef you donthave to be friends but when or if you are allowed back on the field keep it football bc that is what wr are there for. we have to set good examples for the kids they are out there wayvhing yheit mothers play the gsme of football. gighting font solve anything.
