TOPIC: Sectional Champs? |

| Ok after the "OC Mafia" has calmed himself down time to get this forum rolling a little bit by asking the question do you see The Rams as Sectional Champions Only OR do you think they can con on and make a long run into the state tournament?

| I haven't posted in a while but I have a few thoughts on this one. I think it could go either way and I am not so sure we will even be sectional champs. We are in a tough sectional with Providence and Triton Central. I am rooting for us hard but it will take a good performance for us to advance and I have seen weeks where the team that showed up could get it done and other that couldn't so it depends on the kids and how they come out. I think we will advance to regional and face mater dei and will have to be playing our best football yet to defeat them which is possible i believe if our kids get the mindset they can do it then they can and if they do that I can see them doing what no other team in paoli has ever done before.

| I do not want to be negative, but you ask the question. I personally don't believe our defense is strong enough to take us very far. I believe we could score on just about anyone, not sure we can stop a good team. Hoping for a sectional title. I have certainly been proven wrong before, and hoping it happens again. Some guys other than the lineman are gonna have to step up in a big way.

| No precinct ions one thing is for sure sectional championship is going to be a great game... I agree we have a state champ caliber offense... Linebackers and db's got do a much better job in coverage and filling or else it will just be another sectional championship "appearance"

| Hope I'm wrong on this but I don't think the Rams will beat a team who decides to spread them out and pass on them from the Shotgun / Spread offense I don't think The Rams have the DB play to shut a team like that down all night but like again I hop I'm wrong but Mater Dei is a whole different beast IF the Rams win Sectional
