| The new stat uploader did not die... BUT she did have memorial day vacation and then for some odd reason thought she was fired for two days..(shes weird)
Kai and a few have stopped in and chimed in on her lateness..shes said they will be done tonight...
Please take time to no name and destroy her. Thanks Kash : )

| The new Stat up loader is just lazy as shit I mean how hard can it possibly be to plug the numbers in. It's Saturday a day before the next week's games this is getting out of control. When the gcffa was around this never happened, in fact, some times they were up on Sunday nights shortly after all the games. Can't wait til Chris runs his league again then maybe kash will be on his game. No competition, no work ethic, no striving to be the best with no worries. Smdh

| Cant say he don't have a point.Don't promise something for your product that you not delivering on. take a break from buying phones and just put the stats up.WE PAID CUSTOMERS lol

| Actualy the size of the league doubled, and what you learn as you succeed in things is that it takes more energy and effort.
So the CFFL hired at least 4 different people to upload stats. andit took 4 differnt people to "learn" who was good and who was not.
No league has EVEr taken stats before. I am the originator. And when everyone though stats would fail season 1.. I made them work..
The CFFL leanred and fixed the kinks with stats year after year..
No league has ever kept up with the stats the way we have.
This year there were new kinks...
1.We LOST a stat uploader
2. We lost a stat taker
3. We had to see who and how they can be replaced
4. We had 20 teams
To solve problems it takes time, it takes learning... and after these kinks it will be fine until the new ones arise.
SO for now, i feel its in the best interests for the league to find the correct employees to handle the features.

| Lol well that lazy ass Stat loader u have now must not be the correct employee for the job because idc how hard or difficult it is if u took the job you have to be on top of it. It's simple- if you're going to cash the check, then be the person that you're being paid to be. How can it not be figured out this late into the season, that's incompetence on both your end and hers. Hers for not figuring it out by now and being on top of it and ur for allowing it to happen and not being a good enough manager of ur employees to no matter how good or bad they are ensuring that the league is still receiving a good and timely product. Now lets get on top of this shit and be the #1 league in new England like u claim to be, there's just 2 weeks left dammit so make it impressive. And how soon can we get last week's stats up and running? That was promised to be up last night. Don't lose ur league to ur employees and don't throw them under the bus for its failures either. Stand up and take self-accountability for your league, Good or bad Mr. COMMISSIONER

| Well the job has been offered to the ENTIRE league since its inception....
But...
To aquire employees cost time and money...
To aquire the right employees also costs time and money
To the point that there are these things that are called "temp agencies" that do this for businesses at a Nice commsion
The league costs pennies... and we dont have the "funds" to use some of these things most businesses use...
So to keep a great product for cheap, you have to cut corners.... The corners this season was finding a stat uploader and stat taker with 1 weeks notice. as the guy from the last 6 SEASONS stopPed right before the season.
That opened my eyes to how deep we were tied to the current employees of the league.. And we were attached to them and we needed backups and main employees. Then i realized how much the stats/league was attached to ME and if i were to "quit" or stop i doubt that they would continue
So the CFFL adjusted and we waded through people, and the current "struggle" (1 week delayed stats out of 11) is what we would have to go through anyway to" find" the correct "employees"
So Adversity is what made this league, The league currently needS a new stat uploader, and if that takes one late week of a "bad employee" im sure its worth it if it keeps the price down for all
P.s. I personally know stats cant be replicated as good as this league, because i know what it takes, i know the ins and outs, I know all the mistakes... I know how to correct them.. I know how the sheets should look when stats are written... This is how we Know most people who "complain" about stats... 80% of the time have NO idea what they are talking about.
We are so deep into stats you can ask izzy from the steelers... we watched a video, and from the stat sheet we called out EVERY play before its was played on the FILM with 99% accuracy. Meaning without wAtching the tape before hand... The sheet told us EVERY play with 99.9% accuracy of who caught the ball, who ran the ball, who threw the ball, who intercepted the ball etc etc....
Long story short ONE season of stats , HAD to have so many "errors" and "Missed" deadlines by any other league becuase i am 9 seasonS in lol
So again, deal with the late stats now, so future seasons leagues will have it down to perfection

| one last thing... you cant train, teach stat taking, and/or sta uploading pre season.... Stat taking has to be live in the conditions... and stat uploading needs real stats to be inputed so they can analyze bad handwriting and certain stat takers Tendencies...
So this season was a learning experience, as you can only teach people live in action
and id guess tonight they will be up, when the correct person can upload them.
