| Big ups to the Black Mambas and to Eastland for winning the Spring 2014 DC ELY Flag Football Championships yesterday at Deanwood. This may sound a little repetitive but........

Both teams are red hot and on top of their games. Next stop is Atlanta for both teams as well as for a few of the other ELY teams - so best of luck. Again, great Spring season everyone, especially to our Champs (BLACK MAMBAS and EASTLAND). A special shout out to our Homies from Carolina (Thundercats) for participating in our great league and making it to the semi-finals in the Men's Division.

| Congrats to both Champs. It is something to be said about teams that consistently win on the big stage.
Thanks to Ely League staff and all of the teams that showed us how to get better at this game we love. Yesterday showed us and taught us a valuable lesson. 1.Tournament and playoffs is way different than regular season. 2. A, is way different than B. Thanks again to all of my DC fam.
