| Whats going on with the Red Sox and why have they had so quick of a decline?? I thought they were ok at one point and now I realize that they can barely compete in the FOY little alone any other STL and Metro area teams.

| Just saw this post. It nice to know folks are concerned. Interesting to note that the two teams from last years finals are knotted in 3-4. The Nats in 3rd only because their name precedes in the alphabet.

| Not so fast on the demise of the Red Sox. Rumor has it, the legendary Red Sox Manager "Archie" Reid has been working with his pitching staff to develop the "Far East" pitch. While doing off-season research in Japan and Korea, he learned of this secret "disapearing" pitch and began trying to personally master the technique. With his Monk like dicipline, he has attained this skill, now he will pass it along to his Red Sox squad. This will no doubt be the devastating edge his team needs to pull out the title once again.

| That is interesting to note about the naturals preceding them in the alphabet and its also interesting that you all are 2-2 against each other. One thing you failed to note that they have outscored you all 18-17 this year so I don't think they just edged you all via the alphabet. If that is the case, maybe the Red Sox need to change their name to the Curley's!!
That was also a funny note about Archie and his learning of the disappearing pitch but obviously not reality. The reality is that there are other teams taking over dominance of this league. Some teams need to fold or combine so that the top doesn't just keep destroying the bottom. You all can say that your playing for fun but when you lose year after year, its not fun. It makes you a loser.

| The webmaster has always listed teams with tie records by alphabet. He does not research records or runs against. As far as the series goes, it shows how even the two teams must be. Both teams beat up on each other and the other two games were two run victories apiece.
As for your speculation about dominance and changing of the guard, that is yet to be determined.
The 'losers' as you call them compete on any given day, they just need more pitching.

| Dude u r totally right! It does suck to be a "loser"! The Pirates cant compete we have no pitching but we have been a good punching bag for about 20 years now. We are done after this season and its been fun but as "losers" it really hasnt been that much fun!

| Red Sox Repeat champions, Eat poop and choke on it. The league talent is not down, you're an idiot. From what Ive been told the average age is getting lower in the league and the pitching is better than ever. There are 4 really good teams in this league and 4 that can beat you if you pitch like shit and they pitch well.
