I did a brief research and came across some more interesting stuff... if you split Dathan Chastain's 42 point game into halfs he score 20 points in the first half and 22 in the second half... okay just out of quick research that point toal woulfd put him behind Evan Seacat's 29 point half against Valley in 2000 and 27 point half against Crawford County in the Sectional so it would breakdown like this,,:
Most points in a half:
29 points- Evan Seacat 2000 vs Valley
27 points- Evan Seacat 1st half 2001 Sectional vs Crawford County
22 points Dathan Chastain vs. Lanesville
21 points Evan Seacat 2000 vs. Springs Valley
21 points Scott Combs 1993 vs Austin
21 points Scott Combs 1994 vs Silver Creek
20 points Dathan Chastain 2014 vs Lanesville
And if you want to compare Seacat's 50 point game to Dathan's 42 point game
