| After a long hiatus, we are finally ready to begin gearing up for the 2015 summer season. We are going to be having a meeting this Thursday (3/5). The meeting will be at 7:00 PM and will be located at the PNA. Topics of discussion include:
- Returning Teams
- League Duty Assignment
- Bylaws Discussion
- Umpire Discussion
- Field Situations
- Any issues brought up by anyone in attendance.
For those of you that did not like the way things ran last year, this is the time to attend and either: run for one of the league positions (president/vice president/etc) or voice your concerns so we can address any outstanding issues.
We would like at least one representative from every team. These meetings are only productive if we have attendance from every team. We cannot stress this enough. Everyone wants to play but no one wants to show up to these meetings. Please have someone there. Sorry for the short notice.

| Due to the current weather situation, we're going to postpone tonight's meeting. We will figure out a new date ASAP since this was already long overdue. Check in periodically for an update.

| Meeting results:
10 teams attended
Looking like 12 teams will be in the league this year as of now.
A minimum of 15 waivers are needed by each team within the next two weeks, you are more than welcome to give more if you have them
We also need to start collecting money, the fees are as follows:
$350 sponsor fee for returning teams
$400 sponsor fee for new teams
$50 per player
One by-law clarification: Players picked up from dismantled teams are considered by-laws and will count against the team's new exemption pick ups
Tommy Mac considered exempt per the current by-laws in place
Next meeting 3/17 at 7:00 PM and OTD
