| The process used to select Hall of Fame Members needs to be changed. The present criteria used is not fair for players that are the best at their position but not on a team that finishes first or second at the Nationals.
To qualify, a player must have received a certain amount of All American or Most Valuable Player Awards. To get these awards, your team must finish first or second in the tournament. Their are outstanding players on teams that have never finished first or second, therefore have never been considered for the Hall of Fame.
I can understand using this criteria if you were considering a team, but not a player. I know of players that should be in the Hall of Fame but are not because of the criteria set by the USFTL Committee.
