| I know we all love going to Florida in January but this latest stunt by the USFTL should be enough. I reached out to a couple coaches today from respective teams and we had a lot of the same views and issues. But moving the Nationals to Tampa and treating us like we pop Warner teams is ridiculous. I know we tried this a couple years ago but all our teams have to unite. We carry the USFTL is the styles that matter. They care more about the dollar more than the product on the field. This weekend is a perfect time for all the people that matter from each team to put some ideas together and figure some things out. I hear a lot of us talking bout Vegas and that's cool but we all have to do research on that too. And trust me we not the only area that mad about this nonsense. So hopefully we can all get together this weekend or some time in the near future cause enough is enough!!!!!

| I 'bout' burst a gasket when my captain told me of mess that USFTL was trying to pull, after reading it , I got even madder. It seems that we are not the only ones who did not agree with the 'Stay and Save' set up. and after reading the messages on social media and it's own message thread, USFTL has decided to scrap the idea entirely. Check out the website. Everyone reacted negatively so they had to back down. Guess the cost of registration will go up but hey, it's the cost of living. I can deal with that!

| What's the big issue with moving the Nationals to Tampa. Actually it's cheaper to fly into Tampa. If a change of venue and location is going to help the product then by all means do it. If you going to help with the timing of games and having a bigger venue to have all the teams in one location then who can be mad at that. Plus they going to offer other entertainment for the players that bring their families down. People don't like change but change is ok. You have to give it a try first before you can past judgement on it. At least the USFTL let you know 8 months in advance. I'm pretty sure they done their research on logtistics before making a decision on moving to Tampa.

| DMV Player apparently you were not aware of the big issue which was not the move to Tampa but the Stay & Save Policy the USFTL tried to implement . The move to Tampa is not really a problem except there isn't alot of housing(not hotels), but trying to strong- arm people is a big deal. You should probably get some background information before post trying to call somebody out!

| What I'm trying to do is establish a line of communication. What is exactly wrong with the Stay and Save program? What you don't like about it and what can be done to improve it? Do you have a better idea. If so, please explain it. Maybe they can implement Stunna's idea or any other person that may have some valuable input. Nobody is trying to strong arm anybody. They trying to make the product better. Along the way bumps will come in the run. Somethings are trail and error but at least you can figure out what works and what doesn't work it's apart of business. As successful as Nike is. They have made mistake along the way but that's what made them the company they are today. Florida is a tourist state. In particular to cities like Orlando,Tampa, Miami to name a few. Housing isn't a issue. How I know? Because I travel there frequently on business trips. Clearwater is a short drive and the beach and party atmosphere is nice. This is not a call out but more about learning how to create positive dialogue to get some things done in the flag football community. You have to learn how to be a good listener and then articulate yourself in a way that your voice can be heard and respected. A lot of times people come on the message board with straight emotion and the comments aren't well thought out. Let's get away from that. It's time for us learn how to make waves and not just noise. Have a well thoughtout reply with a plan of action and you will raise some eyebrows with USFTL. This is how you do business in this world. Stunna and #IJS I look forward to hearing back from you on this message board about this subject..
