| I mean really... Just go ahead and combine the teams you have into 1 team and try to play in another league. Sad sad baseball is being represented in Cahokia. The Red Sox have been running the league the last 3 years and what's their average weight per player? Very few players on their team can even move 2 feet to their right or left to get a ball and other teams can't seem to win? Pitiful. Plain Pitiful.

This reporter has learned the Red Sox spent time in the second division. They know they cannot compete with good teams. That is why they remain in the lowly FOY where they can dominate. It is good to be KING!

| Interesting reply as you obviously agree with my statement that the FOY competition is terrible. I say you change the rules to 25 and older and have big ole Archie put up the money stating that he will pay the league fee for anyone that can come in and win the league.

Why are you picking on one guy and suggesting he pay. Your team and all the league deadbeats could easily manage the fee.
Why the importance lowering the age? Do you have a squad of youngin's lined up or are you just a stick-stirring shit disturber.

| I think the guys that play in our league have FUN, and that's the name of the game. Win or lose, most players hang around and have a good time after the game(s). We aren't being scouted by any pro-teams like you guys are apparently. The Red Sox were the doormat of the league many years ago but have built themselves up to be the team to beat and that's all due to Achie seeking out good players and then those players knowing good players. I'm not sure what bashing one team or league is supposed to accomplish????? As long as each league has fun, who cares?

Thank you for the very lame and typical response. If you decide to respond again to this thread, try to bring some substance. All I hear is blah blah we have fun blah blah so what we suck. My advice to the FOY is to spice the league up a little bit and more teams will join OR combine a few teams and play some decent baseball.
