| Sick of paying registration, attending practices, and trying to keep my son's chin up only to see him played 2 innings a game and 1 time at bat if he's lucky.
This is supposed to be a level in which we develop players, but all I see is kids that play on weekend traveling teams getting a huge majority of ALL game time. Unfortunately, my son isn't able to take part in weekend play, so the twice weekly games are the only game opportunities he gets to improve in a game situation.
Why do the coaches fail to fairly distribute game time again and again?? Is this not addressed with them every year?
Over the years I've found the coaches to be very clique-ish, and that really is in conflict with the reason the league exists. My son is probably not going to play next year because of his lack of play time.
