| OPENING DAY is finally "OFFICIALLY" here!!
Ceremonies will begin on Saturday April 22nd at 10am, on the Major Field at Holbrook LL. All Baseball, Softball & T-BALL teams and players should be begin gathering with their coaches and managers at 9:30.
Players will enter the field from the centerfield fence near our flagpole. Teams will enter in the following order:
SOFTBALL - Majors, Minors, Farm.
BASEBALL - Junior, Majors, Minor AAA, Minor AA, Minor A
T-BALL - HAVE YOUR CAMERAS READY!!!
2016 BASEBALL & SOFTBALL ALL-STAR & TOURNAMENT TEAMS will be honored including:
*****11yr old NJ STATE BASEBALL CHAMPIONS.
*****10yr old BASEBALL DIST.18 CHAMPION & SECTION 3 RUNNER-UPS.
*****10yr old SOFTBALL DIST.18 CHAMPION & SECTION 3 RUNNER-UPS.
*****12yr old BASEBALL DIST.18 CHAMPIONS.
*****12yr old SOFTBALL DIST.18 CHAMPIONS.
*****JUNIOR LEAGUE BASEBALL CHAMPIONS.
*****BIG LEAGUE NJ STATE CHAMPIONS.
***** 9yr old BARNEGAT LITTLE LEAGUE TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS.
Holbrook's Annual "FRANK MITCHELL SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD" will be presented to the 12yr old baseball player who best represented the "Spirit of Little League".
Holbrook is also proud to present our inaugural
"JEAN ELIAS LOVE OF THE GAME AWARD" to the 12yr old softball player who best embodies Jean's love of the game and her teammates.
