| Little Break down of the teams going into this Enfield Flag Football Fall Session.
Enfield Fall 2017 Teams Rankings.
1. Second String- The easy favorite and now has won 3 Championships since 2015. Their defense is what wins the games but what wins them championships is their football smarts and the way they can adjust to any team. Team is the most complete team in the league and lead by Tolland MVP. Steven G. Prediction is this team will be on their way to another championship run. This teams last lost was to the Falcons. Who play in Enfield and look to pull off another upset against them this session.
2. Enfield Bearcats- Can’t mention the dynasty team Second String without mentioning the team they always beat for all those championships. Enfield Bearcats are the best second place team ever. But when Falcons knocked off Second String last year in Enfield. The Bearcats saw their chance to add to the trophy case. Josh Spence and Ryan Bakes led the charge and look to bring back that explosive offense again. If they don’t face Second String, this team will be in great shape.
3. Anarchy- This team won without their starting QB and made the final 4. A lot of people actually had Anarchy winning it all if they were healthy In Tolland. But a lot of Questions surround this team. Do they even have their QB back for the Fall? Can they adjust to 8v8? The Anarchy Defense likes to take weeks off can they be more consistent? Quinton Simmons disappeared in the sack column and some people are saying he should hang it up. Team does have talent just not enough.
4. Falcons- This was a close one at 4. But Pat Jubrey is the best QB in the league. If this kid has players around him like some of these other teams. It would be a wrap. Defense of Falcons is tall and long but is not what helps them win games. That offense is what keeps them in games and Pat can do it with his legs or throwing TDs to Matt L. The Falcons team did knock off Second String in a great game. Also, will now have to face the toughest this league might ever be. Pound for pound good teams. If Falcons get some defensive help this team will make another great run.
5. Sandman’s Auto- Best regular session team with the worst playoff record. Sandman’s is always a great story for the regular session. But way underachieves in the playoffs. Kasey Phelps is a great QB. But that defense is led by Josh Tyler and Quincy Thomas. Rumor has it Webber might be back around to help them out. But will Sandman’s have the same story as ever year? Their next step as a team is just to make a championship game. Team comes in with a lot of young talent and a lot of hype. Even playing hard ball with Bearcats and Second String. But which player will take this team to the top when it counts. Most un clutch team in Tolland/Enfield History.
6. Kings Men- This is where the drop off begins. The Top 5 could win a Championship but wouldn’t be too much of a shock. The Kings Men glory days are behind them and now look forward to being the bottom half of the league. Team isn’t too talented and just don’t have enough. Joey Lodge is the only player on this team even worth mentioning and some people believe he is a top tier player at WR. 8 V 8 Will bring new challenges and should slow him down some.
7. Dolphins- Rumor has is they have a solid QB. Rumor also has it many people think they won’t show up with enough bodies to compete. Team is known for their defense and some play making ability. They might have the best jerseys out there also but that won’t be enough. This team will sneak up on one team and make some noise. But only for a week. Once they start losing expect this team to fall quick. Maybe last till week 8-9 with players.
8. Abusement Park- Well this team has 0 play makers. That OL and DL might be solid. But NO PLAYMAKERS. Team is here to have fun and maybe win a game or two. Don’t except much from this team and they might even boor you to death. 8 Man will confuse them and probably make them non-relevant early. Hope they show up ready to play cause their defense will be the worst in the league.
9. InSayians- Team I want to win and make noise. It’s not going to happen. But could hope so. This team is led by Alex Anderson, Junior and some short white guy. This team might forfeit all their games and lose by 40. Or they might surprise some people and win 1 game. Welcome to the league new team. You’re going to need it. Their Defense might be ok but expect them to have the worst offense in the league. Also, expect them to fight with each other. Rumor has it this team is full of hot heads. InSayians VS QS Super Bowl lets have it. Winner doesn’t come in last.
10. Quiet Storm- Speaking of last place. They will have the second worst defense and the second worst offense. So, which leads them to worst. Team has been around a long time. Even Beat Bearcats before. SHOCKER . QS has some talent but not enough to keep them winning games. That OL is great and Kyle Logan is the best player on that team. That’s it. Rest of the team isn’t worth mentioning. Toilet Bowl will be them VS Insayians.
