Week 2 Recaps.
Let’s take a stroll down memory lane to August 27th.

First game of the day was
Dolphins 20- Insayains 0
Insayains did better than most expected. They did not get the mercy rule and put up a solid fight on defense. Offense was even better even though they did not score. Joey Roberts was the best QB they showed so far and doesn’t play like he is washed up. Ish Santos on the other hand is getting better each week he is playing. Throwing for 334 yards and 3 TDs will help. Ish still hasn’t learned to use linemen but time will come with that. Can we flat out say Rick Padilla is the best RB in the league? Think we can he has great moves after he touches the ball and had over 100 yards receiving last game. While Jake Fisher literally tried not to score one play and ran out of bounds. He had 3 catches for 93 yards and 2 TDS. Junior was the only one putting pressure on Ish all game. Dolphins OL played well enough to keep Ish upright all game. Martin Manson now that kid is FAST. Running like an older Darren Sproles making people miss. On Defense, he plays like he is just there. No INTS so far and doesn’t follow number 1 WRs. So, he is more of an offensive threat at the moment. But the kid can move. Two players who jumped out at me on both teams are Alvin Shannon from Dolphins and Josh Cheney from Insayains. Josh Cheney was getting open. Made some nice catches and had 52 yards in the process. While Alvin Shannon had 2 catches on offense and had 4 flag pulls and 1 INT.
Close game at half time 7-0. Insayains look to be improving each week. Might go 1-7.
Dolphins feasting on the weak as of right now. First real challenge comes game 3.

Second game featured the new team Shocker.
Abusement Park 34-6 Shockers
This game wasn’t much of a game. But let’s talk about it. Abusement Park had a nice warm up game and had a chance to feature a couple new players. Also, getting in a grove playing with some new teammates. Ian Learned threw 4 TDS and 282 yards against a shocker defense that’s bad. Shockers have some players though. Jayden Shand-Harris can move and make plays for this team. Having 3 catches for 96 yards and 1 TD. Trevor Hewitt brought some pressure with 1 sack in this game. While Deni Bihorac added another sack. Jesse Hogan is clearly the team’s best flag grabber with 6. Abusement Park was too much with those weapons on offense. Abusement Park found a gem at WR with Maurice Easterling. Man, is fast and with elite speed has elite hands making every grab thrown his way. Ian might have found a new weapon to play along other stand out WR Dougie Nelson Jr. On the defensive side of the ball Nick Guzman racking up sacks has he had 2 against that Shocker OL. Justin Suarez doesn’t look to bad at QB for a first timer. His stats don’t scream out greatness but did show he can move the ball and make some plays.
Shockers will go winless.
Abusement Park will upset one team there supposed to lose to.

Third game of the day left Abusement Park picking up the pieces.
Anarchy 25-7 Abusement Park
Now I can’t confirm or deny this because I did not get a chance to see this game. But Craig Hendel worked Joey Direnzo and got a sack on him in this one. Joey is regarded as one of the best and might have slide off the rankings some after last week. Quinton Simmons came back around and had 3 sacks in this one. Some thinking he has disappeared and fell off. Some stating internal conflict with the team and is looking out. While David Flint tore apart his old team for 7 catches and 157 yards and 1 TD. While Darius Rannie had 5 catches for 70 yards and 1 TD. Kevin Rooney was the low man and no Ryan D. Ryan D might have already left this team because there is no way all those WRs can be happy playing with each other. This is a mess waiting to happen. Once they lose and they will lose a couple times. No way this team sticks together. With David Flint and Kevin Rooney already fighting on the sidelines. This team will collapse just a matter of time. Abusemenet Park showed they can be tough at times. Justin Kadow had and INT and Nick Guzman had a sack over John Galley in this one. While Timothy Artruc had 1 sack and 5 Flag Pulls. Jamaal Gardner had the only INT for Anarchy in this one. But Maurice Easterling had 5 catches for 141 yards in this game for Abusement Park and was most the offense. While Dougie Nelson Jr was the lone TD for Abusement Park.
Anarchy playing well but will crumble once they lose. David and Quinton looking for out already.
Abusement Park still will not be able to hang with the better teams. Great bad team.

Upset game of the year.
QS 14 – 6 Sandman’s Auto.
You play to win the game. QS did that. Sandman’s did not. The Sandman’s hype has died early. Usually it’s when they are in the playoffs. Well now it’s week 2. Sandman’s didn’t have their starting QB but did not matter. QS just out played them and Anthony Smith did just enough to win the game. Throwing for 106 yards and 1 TD. Also, rushing for 42 yards and 1 TD. Not great numbers at all but was a winner. Anthony Smith also had 1 INT on offense. He was everywhere. Josh Tyler stepped in and could not get the win. Josh has played well at many positions but this time did not step up to the plate. Quincy Thomas was the whole offense with 78 yards and the only TD. While Matt Webber racked up the catches he could not break any of them. Matt Webber finished with 7 catches. Steve Niggebrugge was locked down and was strapped all game. QS played lights out defense. I don’t know what happen to them week 1 but if this is the QS we see. That defense made plays and Tyrell Wellington had most the pressure all day. Tyrell had 2 sacks on defense and Freddy Sanchez had the other INT. Nicholas Lajara had 3 catches for 65 yards and 1 TD for QS. Sandman’s just looks sad. They look like a team that has played so much football but come up short all the time in the playoffs. They aren’t getting any younger and some teams whispering the best sandman’s teams have already come and gone. Now I am not saying they won’t make the playoffs cause that’s foolish. Sandman’s might be a 5-6-7-8 seed though when it’s all said and done. QS this team isn’t that exciting to watch cause the lack of playmakers. But if you have a team that can play together and be smart. It will take you a long way. Can’t wait to see how they come to play next week. Sandman’s is back to the drawing board and in need of some help.
Many Questions with this QS team. Will we see Anthony Smith QB again? Will that defense play lights out again? Can Tyrell be the sack artist they need?
Sandman’s Auto the pressure is on you. You MUST and I repeat MUST beat Second String or Dolphins, to gain back some of that credibility. Rest of that schedule is a cake walk and you can’t slip up against anyone else.

Game of the week.
Called this one guys.
Falcons 25 – 20 The Kings Men
Now this was a great back and fourth game all day. Kings Men did most the leading but it was Falcons in the end who swept them off their feet and took this game. Seth Rozman on the other side of another hard lost. Kings Men have fallen to a bottom tier team this year coming from a bad spring. They just can’t find their way. Offense has 3 TDS in 2 weeks and the defense let up 4 TDS against the Falcons. Kings Men defense is better than that. AJ Deleon was the star of this one. Getting the game winning INT on Kings Men last drive and having 2 TDS on offense. Also, catches 5 catches for 72 yards and making the biggest play in the game. Easily the star for now. Pat Jubrey out dueled Seth with 3 passing TDs and 1 Rushing. Kings Men third TD came from a Kadeem Thompson return. Talk about speed no one on Falcons were fast enough to keep up with him. Courtney Robinson had 4 catches for 44 yards and 2 TDs. Joey Lodge did most the heavy lifting for yards with going over 100. But that Kings Men defense only had 1 sack from Mike Cottle and nothing else. While Falcons racked up 3 sacks. 2 from Alex Hodges and 1 from Tom Hebb. This game was a great battle back and forth and the most exciting game of the day. Matt Luneau torched those Kings Men DBs and could not be stopped all game. Unless he stopped himself with a drop. Pat Jubrey looks to be coming back to form and if AJ Deleon can keep giving this kind of production from WR they will have a chance to make some noise. Falcons are a team you can never count out and after last week lost. They needed this win and Kings Men now have a stretch of games with Anarchy and Second String back to back. Kings Men just hoping to make the playoffs this Enfield session. Falcons team will improve each week and can’t wait to see how they play the next couple of weeks. They have a tough game against the Dolphins next game. If you missed this game, you missed one of the best if not the best game of the session.
Falcons will be fine don’t kick them off the train just yet.
Kings Men QB play has been bad and if the defense keeps playing bad they are in for a long session.

Week 2 Wrap up.

Lots of good games so far this session. Week 3 Starts Sept. 10th.
