| Hello, first I'm not a player in the league. However I felt the need to give some credit where it is due. This league should be proud of the players, coaches and fans of "Jimmy's" and "Diamond Backs". I was at a soccer game at Hamden HS on 7/27. The Baseball game was already in progress. I was moved to see that ALL the players coaches and fans of the baseball game stopped and gave respect during the national anthem before the soccer game. Different field, different event. I'm 45YO. The youth now a days get a bad rap for being spoiled and disrespectful. I for one was very happy and glad to see that the young men in your league have that respect and showed it even when they may not have known anyone was looking. I watched the baseball game for about 10 minutes. In the ten minutes I saw at least 3 examples of good sportsmanship then the anthem thing. BRAVO! boys and you have my respect, Keep it up.
