| Team Boyle and Team Sharkey are clear favorites 5 through. This league has turned soft like the NBA. 10 games in a season and it’s hard to see 5-6 guys on the bench these days. The old timers like Thorogood, Morris, Mitola, Bobby Carr, Binn’s, Doc Joe, McGarvey, licked their chops Tuesday afternoon to scrub the floors of Knollwood on a Tuesday evening. Laughing it off at Val’s 6 BUDS deep at 11 pm post games….Hell even Szatkowski back in the day as a young man couldn’t wait til the 7:30 tip. They put work , family and crying to the refs aside for one hour. Injuries? NO - bengay and Advil and a couple cold pints after the game is how they performed. Got griddy and just wanted to tell the wife, the kids, sit at the coffee stand Wednesday about the big win…Boyle vs Sharkey in the finals mark my word. Phelans run is over. The rest go hang at Val’s and hang up the Nikes. Watch the top 2 run through this league at eeeeeez. Cheers!

| Nothing like the Greek stink to ruin a weekend. Feels like how your hands smell after eating a gyro when it’s probably been on the spit a few too many days. JK Greek man, but I’d say every team still has a shot. Agreed that we are missing too many man-hours. 75 minutes on a Tuesday night - that’s almost always achievable. I’d argue that we’re way tougher than the 80’s crew you mentioned and fairly certain that we don’t drink 6 beers and drive home anymore. Let’s bring it strong the 2nd half this year, may the best team win it.
