| Well week 7 is here the buy week is behind us weather is feeling nice and its time for the big boys to shine and start making their way to the finish line in hopes to hoist the trophy in the coming weeks........ Time to see who really has the coconuts to make a championship run and who will falter and fall sadly into the spring w/ a big L on their back only to watch the 4 best go at it unpacking their golf clubs from the garage and signing that final beach club check looking on to better days....... What a run on sentence but I am not paid for that. lets get to the games.........
Early Game 6:30 Lukoff vs Moore - this is a big game for both squads in one way if Lukoff wins they put themselves in a good position to make a playoff spot yet early a W is BIG. If Moore can pull off a victory that is BIG for them here as well and puts them back into decency as they have seen better days. Will Captain Wes Moore be another no show? Where has he been? Speculation is he already threw in the towel and has been spotted at local Rumson bars the past few Tuesday nights.... Is Conover still on the mend? Will he play or has father life got him like many others in the past........? Danny Wong once a touted top tear player is no longer what he was and should focus more on selling BMW's then spending Tuesdays at the Knollwood gym.
Team Lukoff on the other hand has not played great either. Jenks needs to shine in this and Rishty needs to have a night along with the RAFF man. Seems like last years injury has plagued the RAFF man this season...... Can ex commish step up and hit some big shots like its 2010? Or is he so washed up he should throw in the towel and join Mitola and Thorogood at the scorers table Tuesday evenings.....??
It all comes down to who shows and health but I got my marbles on Lukoff here by 7 +.
7:30 game The Sharks vs Team Faryar and Co - Should be the game of the night here. The I Man has looked great and this team has the size and depth and speed. What they have been missing is a full roster. If they can get that I think they can make a deep play off run. Coughlin and Lepore give great support to the I Man. The Sharks on the other hand have been the best team 6 in so far and I dont see that changing tonight. Coffee boy with a big game two weeks ago and Brian Wong has continued to be one of the best shooters in this leauge and I dont see them slowing down... Will the coffee boy still be touting his girlfriends shorts after the buy week tonight???? Hell what does that matter seems like the average win is 20 + for the Sharks gimme the Sharks in a close battle until under 5 and they run away with a 10 + win here just to good to big to fast.
8:30 the late battle Boyle vs Meyers should be a great game with both squads at 4-2. The 1-2 punch of Phelan and Kirchner has been great with Casey Meyers also playing well and handling the rock. Ryerson coming back after a 5 week injury looked big as well as he just has that hard noised ex football player mentallity..... .But unfortunatley I think Boyle is to dominant here as the top man in the league Seuffert has proven week after week why he is the top guy. Bruckman has been stroking the triple and Barr has looked solid when he shows. New comer Jamie Sadler adds size and depth opposite of Boyle and I just feel good about Boyle taking this one in a close game gimme Boyle + 4.
