| My parents have a 2 bedroom time share on the beach in Myrtle beach. They’ve decided in their 70s that they are done with the USA. They aren’t asking for any money, you just need to take over the yearly payment. It is $1200 CDN per year and you get to choose 1 week of the year out of the months of may and October to go. I’ve been there twice myself it’s a great time. Close to a bunch of courses and located directly on the beach and walking close to bars and restaurants.
