| So far I'd say Alex Serrano. Joe de Jesus has too much RC experience, but he could be considered too since he's only raced a few times at the track. But I say Alex because he's got a 1st and 3rd in the B-Mains this Series. Nice and consistant. He's still a rookie I guess.

| well i guess i vote for myself ,i haven't been doing this a long time like the majority of you guys so i can call my self a rookie,i got 1st place b-main first winter series race, and i had tymane count my laps manually for the last race and came in second cause my car wouldn't start so i had to start 3 laps behind manny to finish 1 lap under him,i still gotta give it up to him he ran a good race.peace ,ariel

| Remember guys finishing the race is first priority. Some of the new (rookies) are doing well and getting faster because they stay the whole race. I hope others can learn from this. Of course you must show up to race and stay in the race to get position. It is early in season and its still open. Everyone I think is improving and learning every time.
To take it to the next level you must pay your dues one way or another just like any sport.
we will also be having even more (race) practice and procedures in the comming practice sessions.
I would like to get more of the track members together to start competing at the state level series. All members are part of TEAM R.P.R.

| I agree 100% with Andy... be smooth and drive clean... and you will finish races...
Exotic motors are not needed when you are trying to finish races or trying to be smooth...
But everyone has their opinions... I am trying my best to be competivite with my stock 2003 motor... I have managed 16.8 lap times with this cheapo motor... I just need to continue showing up and not slack off.. :)

| Just to let you know I also have started waking up at 4a.m. I drink 7 raw eggs and I run 10 miles just to get in shape for this race. I forgot to add that I run on my thumb and index finger so they will be nice and strong. I am also practicing at the track at night while wearing a bling fold. I am learnig to feel the car, I am becoming one the car. At the end of my day I rub Nitro on my wife (Trust me it helps).

| Just an update. In preparation for the race on Sunday, I have taken a few measures to ensure a good race. I put my Anaconda on a mantel with La Virgencita, a cigar, some chicken legs with red bows and several San Lazaro candels with I purchase from my friendly neighborhood brujero.
I also purchase a little dolls which happens to look alot like Ariel. By accident(I swear) it fell and get stuck under "El Anacoda" OOPS!!!

| I too had a rough day, car wouldn't start, missed the first two laps of heat one, DNS the second, and turned the last five minutes of the main with three shocks, not to mention that I ran of fuel... CRAP
I was able to turn a few 20's which is again, a full second better, but still have problems holding the control after 10 minutes (I'm planning a daily work out with the unit ;).
My hat off to Omar Colina Jr, awesome 3rd in the A main.
