| to all managers i think we should get together and have a meeting we have a lot to discuss, i hear tony does not want any part of being commish, so that has to be addressed, the field condition ect... any thoughts??? the sooner we decide the better, time is running out.

| I can make the Catholic Club available as a location if needed. Just let me know a date and time and I will get the availability. Generally Friday nights are always available.

| Tom, I think it is a good idea. If you can't find someone to be the commish I will do it. Just some quick suggestions. Is there any way to switch the Roxbury games from Wed to Tues? Every team should get two game change availabilities. If you have a bachelor party or wedding and your team can't make a sch game. Once you have used your two game waivers thats it. No crying, no arguing case closed. We had too many nights last year with no games and the season dragged on. Let the managers know, if they have someone better fine, I just want to see the league go forward

| It would be difficult to change the day in roxbury because they have the little league playing at times when the softball league doesn't play. You would be trying to change a lot of things around and I am not sure it would work.

| Roxbury games can not be switched from Wednesday to Tuesday, the little league plays on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If both schedules are done in advance changes can be made to accomdate both leagues.

| We really do need to have a meeting soon. The season is about one month away, and we still are unsure if Tony is coming back. I can offer the Club as a place to meet, if we can pick a date. How do Friday nights or Sat mornings work?

| I would like to suggest making a few double headers for teams throughout the schedule, so it is a little bit easier for people to qualify for the playoffs. Also, if someone is giving up their night to play, make it worth their effort for coming down and giving them 2 games to play. This is just a suggestion.
