I heard from someone about how Joe's offense is different than Coach Brown's. Think about it this way if you have older siblings. And you try and copy what they do the older you get and people frown upon it. That's kinda what it's like with Joe and his offense. Well at least that's how I see it. I'm like the majority of people on this board and don't understand why there isn't a lot of movement without the basketball. I mean no team likes to keep switching defense on the dfenesive side. Then someone said how Joe thinks his team can't pass or hit free throws. My theory on that is if you as a coach don't set down or talk with them or keep repetitive about the proper form or stress how important free throw shooting is I don't think the kid who doesn't shoot free throws well will. And about the apssing if you're offense doesn't consist of a lot of passing of course you're team can't pass well. It comes down to court awareness and anticipating what your defender or teammate will do. I don't care if I had a team and they couldn't pass a millimeter without giving up a turnover I would keep doing it until they would be decent. (example watch Illinois, or North Carolina.
Until next time.
