| I bought a serpent 710 on ebay, what a nice deal, paid 200 bucks on a brand new kit, never used, the only thing I need is an engine...
Since I'm beggining I don't want a very powerful engine... I'm willing to spend about 200 bucks for the engine and pipe... what can I get spending that kind of money?

The Mega is a great way to go. The powerpack is a great deal. It includes the correct pipe for this engine, that if you were to buy alone, costs over $100 at the shops. I'm finally happy with mine. I had a problem with the o-rings needign replacement, but once I did that it's perfect. There are other engines with similar performance by Novarossi/Rex (NSR12 or RER 12) but they are a bit more expensive and you cannot find a deal like the Mega Powerpack with them, So you'll still need to find a pipe. Good look with the serpent, hope to see you on the track soon.
