| I have an HPI RS4 3 EVO and I heard that with practice and a few suspension hop-up's people have ran 19's with this car with the same stock engine.
What type of suspension up-grades should i get. I know about full size car racing. and sway bars are essential in full size racing. are they worth getting for my HPI????
Are there any other upgrades like that, that I should get????

| I also heard that a different body can make a difference right now i have an HPI M3 GT Body. I heard that the Hpi bodies dont work very well. For this car what sounds like a good body???

| I don't really know anything about HPI, but I know that you definetely need a front and rear sway bar.
As for the type of body, Start with a Mazda 6 or Cadi CTS. These are the 2 best body at Royal Palm.
I paint bodies so let me know if you want me 2 paint one for you. Custom paint prices range from $35 to one million dollars.

| Sway bars will definitely make a difference. Get em if you can. Alex is right, the Mazda and the Cadillac are the way to go.

| and once you get your 710, you only need one more hop-up to become the best. that is a kyosho rrr. but the 710 only needs that one hop up to drive perfect.

| Don't listen to them, they're just scared you're gonna beat their crappy cars with an RTR. Mugen just placed 1 & 2 in the Texas Biggie, one of the bigger National Level events. Get one of those :) Too bad that win is based on qualifying position, the A mains were rained out for 2 days. Make your RTR the fastest thing out there by learning to adjust it and drive it. Sway bars will help, maybe some different springs too.

| OK, everyone. Let the HPI KING, thats right, KING hellp him out and yes, I know its been a while ;). Anyway CJ, teh EVO is a good car to begin with. There really isn't much you can do to that car to make it competitive. Since you are just starting and want to be able to run with these guy, get and HPI R40. It give many more options then your RTR EVO would give.
As for a suggested body, I would recommend the Mazda 6. It really handles well.
These guys know, I always gave them a run for the money ;) See you guys soon.

| For now i dont want to buy a whole new car.(need to save some more money). I have heard of people running preatty good times with a RTR like this with just a few suspension hop-ups.
