| All cookie dough sales need to be turned in to the team mother. We have had a couple of fundraising meetings, but few parents show up, even though the dates and times are posted. Anyone can sell cookie dough. The girl collects either cash or checks that are made out to the girl as she takes her orders. (This eliminates UCA paying fees for checks that bounce---and yes, some do bounce). The girls will turn in the cookie dough amounts and ONE check (made out to UCA)to their team mother. Their team mother will tally all the orders and monies and make sure they are right. Then they will turn them in to Cindy. Cindy will write ONE check for the order. If anyone has any questions, ask. This method seems to work the best.
