I went to the physical therapist last night(tuesday) He said that I probably bruised the muscles and possibly the bone. I wont be at red dance practice because I have to go back and see him for more therapy to loosen up the muscles and what not. I'm sorry that I can't make it but it was the only time he could fit me in. But I'm glad to say that my back is starting feel better.

| Kristen, you have NO IDEA how much I miss u and my Ashley!! I know it's only been two weeks, but two weeks is a lot with out my lil blondie and my hip-hop-hippo!! Can't wait to see you guys Thursday!!
