| YES, JPW LARGE has been doing an amazing job.. Only 3 days down and your lifts are coming up nicely.. I know yall are getting tired with the heat so we are going to shake it up a bit tonight.. Keep practicing like we told you and continue to make your coaches proud..

| haha my name is back to normal no more flower coach becky sorry haha...i havta agree with u on one thing...jpw large is realli lookin amazin... they r workin verii hard especially with the heat...they r a really cloze team alreadii n i can c the new friendships made...i havta say i love how u gurls clap for each stunt it givez each group confidence n shows u r one hell of a team...thatz what makes u winners...keep it up n u will succeed...i am verii proud to be one of ur coaches...even tho i am tha mean one this year lol...n by tha way gurls..tha "ya'll" in coach beckys comment..all i havta say is ull get used to that...( u mite even say it a few times) i hav already been cursed..lol...i <3 JPWL
