| Here's a PDf file that describes the characteristics of each of the Mamba motors: http://www.castlecreations.com/documents/Mamba%20Setups.pdf
The had some 1/18th truck nationals last year, and the 5400 was used to win the Brushless class. Which actually wound up doing less laps than the modified class. I think it's a matter of drivers in that case, where the really good guys stick to the regular brushed motors. It's like the 1/10th Outlaw class. Even though they're faster than sedan, all the good drivers stick to sedan and usually have no problem keeping up with the "faster" cars.
That being said...my car is still faster than yours :P

| FASTER DOESNT MEAN QUICKEST!!!
I'll test the 8000 (I ordered the USB controller last night), but I'm certain that thing is going to be out of control.

| Juancho I didn't know they had a 4600. If I could I'd prob get the 5400 for the D&B track but I don't know anything about it either.
I did have the 8000 on my Mini-t and it wasn't any fun. Way too much power.
I think the 6800, if geared right and programmed right(Learning curve) is the best all around motor. Controllable on small tracks and you can still spank some big cars at Go Racing. You'll find it easy to control once you have the USB.
I can't wait till you finish the 140mm Motek . It looks sweet! I'm getting a new chassis too. Top secret! If I tell ya I may have to kill ya.
