Wondering, since Bad Girls won but not able to play next week, are games being pushed to the following week? Did anyone know of this? Any adjustments been discussed and/or arranged?
Lastly, what schedule adjustments are being discussed and/or arranged, to compensate for the final game not being completed, today?

| Why would they wait an extra week to play the games? If the Bad Girls can't play then they would hafta forfeit. That's fair! This league is getting more bootleg by the minute... First the second half of the LAM vs PM game have to be played next week bcuz of no lights... Now they are trying to extend the season? Wow...

| They can't push the games back a week because most teams are going to Ohio that weekend....so does that mean BM's get to play in the semi-finals

| If the Ely Women's League is crap, then go back to Marvin and the Alexandria Virginia League. In that league you had no flexibility and you didn't did the considerations of the USFTL league sanction for the teams that travel. You don't hear the men's teams complaining!. You will never be able to satisfy all of the teams, and he shouldn't. Apparently the teams that were there weren't satisfied either, that why your here. Just shut up and play. You don't run nothing here!

| Comments like the one above are very dis-heartening and indicative of an underlying issue with this league dis-respect of the teams and coaches that have prepared so hard to compete!
Teams chose to join Ely and have made it if not the most, one of the most competitive leagues in the country! So, in fact we do run it and we should be treated with respect, fairness, & transparency, dignity!
Let us work to improve the league! Instead of becoming defensive regarding valid inquiries/ concerns, encourage leadership to address, accordingly!
We Can Do It! Let's Help To Make It Even Better!

| it really isnt hard to understand bc its very simple if BG cant play then it will be a forfiet PERIOD...this is new to everyone about bg plans...cant play the week after bc ALOT of teams wont be here. but the only fair thing is to do is take it as forfiet and the team they were playings sits and wait for the winner the half a game against lam and pm and winner of that face the cougars! its like tournament play with a half again instead of full game good luck ladies!

| BM should be the team to go to semi's! If Leadership knew about this weeks ahead, the they should have not allowed BG's to play or allowed for BM's to play Pro-Style or whoever for the semi-final spot! So, what is Leadership going to do? I'm interested to see.

| How would leadership know that BG would win both games? If the league accommodated every team, we would never finish a season. This change only impacts teams still playing. I doubt any of y'all have a game time this upcoming Sunday. Allow them to speak with the team reps for the teams and be patient. It's been less than 2 days. People act like its Friday.

| BM should NOT be in the semi-finals, they LOST period. As stated above, if BG cannot play their semi-final game then it will just be a forfeit and whatever team, they were suppose to play will advance. You all make things way more difficult than they need to be. Some people always have to find something to fuss and complain about. The only team that this effects is BG because they will have to forfeit, and I'm sure their players are not the ones on he acting an ass! Any other teams have nothing to do with this, so stop making something out of nothing!!

| It wasn't a big secret that the BG would not be able to play this wkend. In fact, we let the appropriate people no that if we advanced we would have a conflict. Just because no one posted anything doesn't mean that nothing was being done or decision weren't being made. BG have paricipated in the tournament we r attending since it's inception to support a friend and a good cause in her fight against breast cancer. Unfortuantely this is the first time since we've participated that the dates have overlapped with league play. The league(decision makers) did not want to prematurely change the schedule on an assumption we would advance(which i understand)and wanted the games to just be played out, and then make a decision if one needed to be made. Obviously we have gotten to that point. I was not privy to all of the conversations that have gone on about the handling of the next round but I do know that their was an obvious point of contention with some people from other teams over this. Bottom line is we often times make comments and speak on things before we have facts or know the full extent of the situation, and are to impatient about waiting before speaking. And truth be told the people who needed the information to make an informed decision had it in a time frame we felt gave an opportunity for adjustment to be made if they could b. BG are very disappointed that we want be able to compete for the championship this weekend and obviously wished that their was a way we could have worked it out, but at the same time we understand the schedule is what it is and the window to complete this season is tight. We wish the remaining teams good luck! May the best team win!

| This must be a Black Mamba who is upset SMH... POINT BLANK, Badd Girls won so regardless of their schedule they advance. Whether they play or not is their choice and only affects them and their opponent. To those advocates for BMs advancing, why weren't you advocating on the sidelines for them to WIN the game. National points are associated with playoffs etc so I can understand why BG would not want to win and gain as many points necessary, even if they have to forfeit in the semi-finals. It shouldn't be this big of a deal/issue anyway.

| Could be, simply, a person who is looking for answers from those in charge a definitive statement. Why is that such an unreasonable request? And it looks like more than a few have questions. I had no idea about BG's situation. But if I did know of this, Id recommend for a disqualification. If a team refuses to follow-thru on commitment, the next best team able and willing to commit and that has competed throughout to mark their place, deserves the opportunity to advance to the next round! Clearly, some have known. Guess its safe to assume management knew too. Why wasn't this addressed, early on? Will there ever be an official response? I'm beginning to wonder who benefits from this? Is this funny business?
FYI-my team is totally out of it.

| What team is able and willing? Cuz if u lost on Sunday you outta gas... So why is this convo happening? BG paid to play, made the playoffs beat teams and knocked them out and due to scheduling conflicts cannot continue... That's their business... It happens... What are u insenuating?

| This entire discussion is really a waste of time. First and foremost, BG won and have advanced to the semi-finals and there is no "requirement" for them to be able to play the game. If they can't field a team due to a tournament or whatever reason it's completely in their right as a paying team in this league to forfeit the game. Would it make everyone feel better if the one or two BGs who aren't going to FL to show up to the field on Sunday and then forfeit due to a lack of players to field a team? BM lost fair and square so no need to even discuss them replacing the BG. One side is decided and it will be MW vs whomever wins the other side in the championship. If anyone got created out of a game it would be MW and BG not any other team out there. Play ball...shit comes up and happens...the tournament must go on bc you can't make everyone happy

| It was know that BG's would not be able to play. So something should have been put into place before hand. What? I don't know. But since they did play, BG's is in 4th place, Would it help if PS and BM play OT rule and winner play MW? Let BG's keep points for 4th place.
Also stop downing the VA league, that league ran for 15 plus years. Lets hope Ely last that long or longer....

| PS nor BM had a chance to advance to the semi's and were unable to do so. Their season has ended.
LAM/Playmakes finish thier game at 9:30am, 30 break and the schedule is back on time. Not rocket science.
Their is a 2 hour break before the ladies championship - ample time to rest

| #88 Said it best .... The proper people who makes the decisions KNEW in ENOUGH TIME TO MAKE ADJUSTMENT.
Which means the league should have just removed BG from the playoff's, period. It didn't make since for them to play because they were not going to play in the championships anyway.
Its all about fairness ....

| @HUH how would that have been fair, that would mean the #7 Chargers in the East would advance, then there would be an issue because the #7 Lady Elite in the West wouldn't have. So your logic doesn't make any sense if your talking about fairness.
