| Please have an agenda and keep the meeting flowing. I am sure I speak for other as well but these meetings are pretty much useless with only a certain few talking and nothing gets done. My time is precious and I dont want to waste it listen to bong hit and charlie borwns teacher talking.

| Another nameless with no balls,if your time is that priceless then don't show matter fact hell no ones holding a gun to your head why play. Tell ya what show up with a check $1000 and you can leave and none of your valuable time on a Tue. night in March will not be wasted,and you won't have to waste any more of your time at future meetings. That will be a win situation for both of us.

| case in point last year at east erie turners an hour and a half of nothing, than a group of 3-4 huddled up and did all they talking to themselves leaving every other team the just sitting having no clue what was being discussed.

| Here is a list of topics that we usually discuss from year to year.
Umpires-
We currently use ASA.
Bats-
We currently use ASA standards.
Balls-
We currently use ASA standards.
Board members-
Nominated and voted on during the 2nd meeting. If the rumors are true, we will need a new Sergeant at Arms to replace Mike Benson. It would probably be a good idea if someone from the South division stepped up and joined the board to help cover both divisions. Mike maintained the league web site and this will probably still be a main duty of the Sergeant at Arms so a working knowledge of league lineup would necessary.
Current Board members:
President- Mark “Groove”McGarvey
Vice President- Brian Dewey
Treasurer- Carl Rafferty
Secretary- Bill Benes
Sergeant at Arms- Mike Benson or to be determined if necessary.
*All positions are subject to change each year.
What teams are in the league-
The amount of teams in our league affects quite few things like:
- Divisions
- Schedules
- Number of games
- Playoffs
- League fee per team.
With that in mind it would be beneficial to the league if we were to get teams to commit as soon as possible and to be represented at each meeting.
Pitching-
We currently use ASA 10 man modified standards.
As always everything is open for discussion and if you have any input bring it up during the meeting.
