hey mr. softball... do you go by an alias (a.k.a. your real name)? what team do you actually play for? or do you have split personalities and really believe your name is mr. softball?

no, actually tonite I am working on my trs-80 home computer...I am making copies of my own "softball card" - has all my stats on the back, "action" photo on the front also....just having trouble finding the right kind of gum to package the cards with....went with Skoal in the first batch, but apparently its against the law to package tobacco products in baseball cards (who would have though?)....got kinda messy if you know what I mean...

my i.p. address is easily enough obtained, but when you are working at a large corp (or supposed to be working) it will only narrow the field so much...also, have you ever tried to trace an encrypted TRS-80 (circa 1989) - nearly impossible...my system is pre-mouse, so I'm not subject to the normal computer hacking methods that today's computers can fall prey too....by the way - did you know that you will get a phone call from the State Department if you post a subject called "I have steroids for sale - please call" .....weird....oh well

speaking of the cardinals - did I tell you about the tryout I attended...I almost made the cut, but LaRussa said "I was a little rough around the edges" - I think maybe I was just a little to "in your face" for his style...also, its obvious you've been around a TRS-80 before biskit, so this is for you

.c:\ Dim UserName, Answer, stars As String
Dim NumStars, I As Integer
Console.Write("What is your name: ")
UserName = Console.ReadLine()
Console.WriteLine("Hello {0}", UserName)
Do

use that little programming string (man thats old school BASIC programming - takes me back to 8th grade!!) and you will be able to track my real identity....probaly not, but it will create some sort of programming loop that will melt your floppy drive... (5 1/4 inch) that is....

haha! that's awesome! "WOULD YOU LIKE TO PLAY A GAME?" haha i remember making little graphs back in 4th or 5th grade by plotting coordinates into the computer and it would draw out your picture! crazy DOS programs! haha...i think they should go back to the original floppy disks! haha... they should come out with a DOS softball game featuring "Mr. Softball" as the main character...

.c:\ Dim Mr. Softball, Answer, hit homerun
Dim NumStars, I As Integer
Console.Write("Throw Softball: ")
UserName = Console.ReadLine()
Console.WriteLine("Hello {0}", UserName)
Do

put that in the computer and see what happens... i think there would be a hidden character of Wade Boggs but you have to hit "up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A, B, A, Start" then, when the character select screen pops up, put in "0-0-7-3-7-3-5-9-6-3" that's about it... (if anyone can tell me what games those 2 codes are from, i'll throw in a free miner's cup koozie!) ~cory~

Buuuuuuzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz... although the RBI baseball series is a good one, the first code is from Contra (put that in on the opening screen and it gives you 30 lives, which you will absolutely need to beat the game in one sitting, even on 2 players!) and the second one is the code to go straight to Mike Tyson in Punchout after The Sandman beats you 3 times in a row and you just want to get your brains beat out by Mike Tyson with 1 punch! haha... good times! those codes are embedded in my brain! haha ~cory~

Well, while your in your trophy room for the night, playing with your small bat, mrs. softball will be corking my bat, thats her special little hobby... It brings her soo much joy.
As for being huge, your bat is probably the only thing, but a 26 oz. bat is not all that impressive, maybe on the tee ball fields, but not in life sir.

Have a great evening... I'm out..

dear N.T.S.

why do you have to be "that guy"? there is always someone like you that thinks, "oh yeah, i'm gonna knock em out with this gem..." and then something comes out like "your ___________ (person close to you) likes to ______________ (something vulgar) with me." acutally just use that as your template. ~cory~

So, how long did it take you to come up the "Not To Smart" comeback???
Anyway mr. softball, I never said anything about having relations with your wife... I said "mrs. softball will be corking my bat", she simply does a better job at it than you... Although I could have said that mrs. softball will be polishing my bat, now that would have been implying possible relations...
As for "mama" jokes, I take offense to that, I respect your mom way to much to do that, after all your wife corks my bat but your mom does ALL the polishing.

Have a great day... peace out...

Mr. Bizkit, #1, someone has to be "that guy", but I had no intention of trying to be him or her, nor did I think that I was gonna knock em out with anything.
Also, once again typed, I never said anything about having relations with anyone... sounds like you Mr. Bizkit and mr. softball both used the template yourselves and filled in the blanks.

have a great day Mr. Bizkit... seeee yaaah...

The only thing that has any importance in this whole entire thread is the mention of Mike Tyson's Punchout. That game rocked! Everything else said in this thread has had zero meaning and is quite sad, especially once the your mom jokes started "not being mentioned"

Also to C-Bizkit, did you see kevin on the kiss cam at the cards game?????? was that not hilarious!!!!!!!!!!!??????????

Also tyson mike tysons punch out is a classic but contra is great, super contra in my o slightly better. Cory RBI baseball for nintendo is simply how baseball games should be done. sure u haft to control two players at once while fielding, and sure all players are of one ethnic background and theres only 16 teams in the early go around but RBI baseball 3 stepped it up. u could control the baserunners and it was simple there was no post game interviews just ur guys jumping up and down and a newspaper that said houston wins. Everyone knows a pic in the paper is bragging rights until the next nine is played. Also wheres the love for duck hunt? for the love of God get to level 30 on that and then talk to me about mike tysons punch out being hard. next time a 16 bit nintendo thread gets started the above games should be mentioned along with
Excite bike
Golf..nothing more, not "nintendos golf" or "nintendo presents golf." just Golf.
TMNT nearly unbeatable with out game geneie
Blades of steel
chris everett tennis
3d runner
and lastly Rob Summers super softball challange.
(wear your eye black for that one.)

Rob Summers Super Softball Challenge was the shit but it was pulled off the market in 1997 for unknown reasons (i think it promoted steroid use among MLB players including Barry Bonds and the ever powerful homerun machine known as Fernando Vina!)

Also am I the only one who was huge on paperboy??? That game was the shiz!

hahahahahaha yes paper boy and jordan vs bird were great. out of all the basketball games tho i haft to give it to nba jam. doing a double front flip while palming a basketball that was on fire from the free throw line and bringing down the backboard never got old.- I just googled the reasoning for the Pulling of Rob Summers Super Softball Challange according to the ESRB 13 teenagers were tradgiclly wounded trying to mock " challanges" off the game example
in rob summers super softball challange one of the challanges of the game had players field a pop fly heading for the gap at the same time watching out for ill placed speeding cars kinda like frogger. I know for a fact at least 3 people r still to wake from comas of that challange. There was also an example of young adults trying to guard the plate and field a ball coming in from right field with Deion Sanders Barreling down on you at a play at the plate. Re-creating that moment of the game cause 4 broken legs and multiple concussions in young athletes. So besides the injurys there was the little details that it did promote steriods in athletes, stores decided to pull the game from the shelfs after only 4 months of being avaible for retail at an outstanding $79.99 One of nintendos best sellers was also one of its darkest moments.

Also there was a feature after you beat Rob Summers Super Softball Challange called "Rose's Bet." Evidently the ESRB didnt think that was acceptable for children either.

Yeah i had heard it was getting the ban in singapore, its reported that North Korea is the only place you can buy the game at certain stores. However stores are required to wrap the game in two layers of black paper with skulls on it. Having Rob Summers Super Softball Challange out of its packageing out in the open is subject to capital punishment.

YOU ARE CORRECT SIR! hey now this is my kind of post! it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside to get on the board and see this first thing! :) anytime you are talking about contra, mike tyson's punchout, nba jam, excitebike, etc... you are on the right track! nothing like holding down B on excitebike up until the very moment your bike is going to overheat just to get the extra 6 seconds on your time! or hitting a buzzer beater 3 with Karl Malone because John Stockton was on the ground from being pushed all down the court in NBA Jam! (oh and when you shot it, the announcer said "Ugly shot!" and it was a swish!) you can't beat those memories! AM I WRONG?!?! haha... anyway, happy posting guys!

Cory, Tyson and I both thought you were a differnt cory evidently. He was talking about the game two weeks ago agaisnt houston astros it was a tuesday night. I got on kiss cam, and i freaked out pretty much. -
Blades of Steel is awesome, great hockey game dallas is the best team on the game. However Gretzky is the only game that makes 3 on 3 hockey fun huge checks horrible commentary ultra bad ass fights, the nets light on fire and ambulance drives on the top of the screen when u make another player fly in the air and do a double back flip and land on his back, goalies turn into walls then become extremly vulnerable when they come back to human form for about less then a second. and not to mention the sweetest guitar riff ever in gretzky 98 and the score of the game is always pretty much 11 to 12 and thats in 3:00 minute periods. its just F-n sweet.
